The legs are adjusted so that these rest on the bed of the lake and the water level is up to around the base.The footstretcher blocks need to be adjustable.The swivel (only one is shown in position) fits into a hole.The bottom of the swivel needs to be about 15 cm above the level of the seat.

The SwivelMust be made of mild steel with the top piece bent into the shape shown.The round swivel pin is welded on to the top piece.
Although the top part of the swivel appears in the drawing to be made in separate pieces, it is formed from one piece of rectangular section mild steel.
