What advice would you give to improve the effectiveness of the Update 2018 Progress Report?

Reduce # of actions by 1/2-2/3. Use smaller number of key parameters

Ask others what metrics they use. Collect info from the IRWM plans

Use the Internet & different reports for different audiences

More facts / less emotion, subjective views

Make objectives-actions measurable/ monitor-able

Get information out to Tribal offices.

Focus on a region or two. Cover remaining in summary fashion. Rotate regions in subsequent plans.

Devote less effort to measurement & and more to helping regions achieve their goals.

More time for information synthesis

Communication materials -  talking points - water & land use planning/ CA water resources, case studies

 Maintain engagement between meetings. Make more info available, including drafts. Recommendations tailored to my stakeholders. Open up access to all work groups Continue Tribal Water Summit. Get top level people there. Improve characterization of some of the regional plans. Encourage stronger collaboration between Committee's. Leverage efforts of sister agencies. Paint a better picture

how those plans all work together.

No/ None I cannot see this approach working. Caution. It could -- this is a good idea. Anything we can do to share

information and collaborate online would be helpful. All

The number of meetings were about right.

We met too much.

We didn't meet often enough.
