Scope of Work

May include, but not limited to:

� GMP Preparation

� Set goals for local SBE participation and implement

� Development of a subcontractor selection plan

� Preparation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction that meets the approval of the City

Scope of Work

May include, but not limited to:

� Construction Phase Services

� Installation of new water main system and connections

� Abandonment of existing water main system

� Disinfection and flushing of the pipeline prior to startup

� Traffic Control

� Public Outreach assistance

� Roadway Restorations

� Bond and insure the construction

� Address all federal, state and local permitting requirements

� Maintain a safe work site for all project participants
