Always receive 3% GDB on sales from your personal recruits when they are in your personal group.

A Qualified Group is one that qualifies with 2000 Group Point Volume (GPV) per two week Bonus Period. All Commissions and Bonuses are paid on the assigned Commission Value of Approved Sales. You must qualify for Bonuses by shipping a minimum of 50 points in personal sales per Bonus Period until you become a Silver Executive Leader.

To ensure that you understand the Direct Selling Laws, one of your first steps will be to take the Self-Evaluation on Direct Selling Best Practices (RW32) included in this kit. This will help you to start off on the right foot and conduct your new business in compliance with legal requirements as well as the DSA Code of Ethics.

If you are eager to get your business going now and want to start your training right away, you will find our Aqua √ Nano HD Video Basic Training, Earnings Plan and Completing Contracts Seminars online at Rena Ware University. Simply use your Participant Training Guide (AQ280) and play the videos.

Go to renaware.com, select your country under Consultant Log-in, enter your User ID (your Rena Ware ID Code) and your Password (provided by the administrative office) and click on the Rena Ware University link, located on the homepage. Note: Some seminars apply to our full line of products.

Remember, with hard work and preparation, great things happen over time!

• Contact your priority A people and let them know what you are doing. There are many ways to make contact but one-on-one contact via phone or in-person yields better results.

• If talking to someone in person, be prepared to show the videos on your mobile device with the RenaApp or through the official YouTube Channel. You can also share the videos with the Aqua √ Nano HD DVD included in your Kit.

• Digital methods like email, text message and social media, such as WhatsApp and Facebook are also a great way to share videos or your very own personal Rena Ware website to stay top of mind with customers.

What to say

First, you must tell people who you are and why you have contacted them. Then ask who they know who would like to make some extra money and be part of the solution to harm caused to the environment arising from single-use plastic water bottles.

You: “Hello, this is (your name). I am calling to let you know that I have joined Rena Ware International, a great company. They have developed an amazing water filter that I wanted to talk to you about today. I know that you probably care about the environment as much as I do. Our water filter provides as good and possibly better quality filtered water at a fraction of the cost, than that which is sold in plastic bottles. Using a Rena Ware water filter helps eliminate single-use plastic water bottles that are creating a global crisis. Who do you know who would like to earn extra money sharing the benefits of this cost-saving product while being part of the solution to the global crisis caused by plastic waste?”

Then, wait for their response...

You: “Would you be interested? That’s great! Let’s get together tomorrow so I can tell you more about it… how you will make a difference and how you can make money at the same time.”

If the person sets up the appointment to hear about the product rather than the opportunity, you again establish a rapport and then show them the Aqua √ Nano HD sales video. If you can’t show the video, use the Aqua √ Nano HD Broadside (AQ55) and the Aqua √ Nano HD Brochure (AQ700) and walk your customer through the features and benefits of the filter.

Whether someone wants to join the cause or they just want to be part of the solution by using the Aqua √ Nano HD instead of plastic water bottles, you will want to set up a time with them to tell them more and get them started as either an Aqua √ Nano Representative or user.

Remember honesty is always the best policy

1. Be honest in all dealings with Rena Ware and with customers.

2. Conduct activities in compliance with applicable direct sales laws.

3. Identify yourself as a Rena Ware Independent Representative and explain the purpose of your contact to a future customer or Representative. Tell why you are approaching them and what you are selling. Provide your name and contact information as well as the contact information of Rena Ware. In California you must do this immediately after greeting a prospect, before asking any other questions or saying anything else.

Respect others

4. Respect privacy by calling at a time that is convenient for the customer.

5. Promptly deliver any incentive offered to a prospective customer for attending or hosting a sales demonstration.

6. Be truthful with customers in regards to price, quality, value, performance, quantity, warranty, and availability. Do not exaggerate or quote pricing or special offers that do not exist, offer a product for free or claim a price is ‘for today only’ when it is not.

7. Offer a complete description of any warranty.

8. Promptly end a demonstration or presentation at the customer’s request.

Stick to the script9. Use only sales materials produced by Rena Ware. Do not deviate from Rena Ware approved messages

or modify existing materials or create any new sales materials, training materials, PowerPoint presentations, videos or audio CDs/DVDs without the prior consent of Rena Ware.

10. Do not make health claims about aluminum or Teflon® (or any other type of cookware). Making untrue statements against other cookware is unlawful. Rena Ware can be sold by comparison to other types of cookware due to its durability, utility, warranty and other benefits as contained in Company sales materials.

11. Inform the customer that Rena Ware advocates a healthy diet and promotes the benefits of the “water-less” cooking method, which uses less fats and oils and helps preserve the vitamin and mineral content of foods. You may not claim that doctors recommend cooking with surgical stainless steel. Rena Ware does not cure or treat cancer, diabetes or any other disease, and you must not make any such claims.

12. Do not make any representations regarding potential earnings from a Rena Ware business that are not contained in Company materials. No Independent Representative is guaranteed specific earnings.

Respect the trademark13. Do not use Rena Ware’s name in any telephone listing (except Leader offices), website, advertisement,

promotion, email address or other publication without the prior written consent from Rena Ware.

In the preparation of contracts14. Complete every blank space in the contract in the presence of the customer. Signing for customers,

regardless of whether or not they give you permission, is prohibited. Any changes to the contract must be made in the presence of the customer and must be initialed by the customer. Do not make any changes to the customer order/installment contract after the customer has signed it.

15 Always give the customer a copy or copies of the signed contract. The contract must be in the same language in which the presentation was given. All copies of the contract must be identical. Safeguard all private customer information from unauthorized use.

16. Indicate the duration of any cancellation period (where provided by law) on the contract and orally explain to the customer.

17. Turn in all funds collected from the customer and indicate them on the contract.

Direct Selling Association (DSA)

Rena Ware is an active member of the Direct Selling Association and adheres to its high ethical standards. As a salesperson involved in Direct Sales, you have certain responsibilities to uphold which can be found in the DSA Code of Ethics at www.dsa.org, along with the process to file a complaint.

The DSA Code of Ethics includes:

Rena Ware, as a member of the Direct Selling Association, is required to comply with the DSA Code of Ethics. As such, you as the direct seller are required to comply with the DSA Code of Ethics as it relates to consumers.

In all interactions a salesperson must:

• Contact customers at a convenient time.

• Provide accurate information on products and services.

• Provide company and salesperson contact information.

• Protect customer privacy.

• Ensure product and earnings claims are clearly documented and defined, and substantiated by competent and reliable evidence.

• Respect a customer’s wish to end a demonstration or sales interaction.

Cookware 1. Rena Ware advocates a healthy diet and promotes the benefits of the “water-less” cooking method that uses less fats and

oils and preserves the vitamin and mineral content of foods. You may not claim that the materials used to produce Rena Ware are more healthful, safer, or less hazardous than other cookware made from other materials, nor claim that simply using Rena Ware will help to cure disease or make people healthy.

2. You may not state or imply that cookware other than Rena Ware will release contaminants, including but not limited to rust, bacteria, plastic, gases, petroleum by-products, aluminum, Teflon, or any other metals or metal pieces, into foods.

3. You may not state or imply that other cookware is made from recycled tires. This is not true and making such false representations is illegal.

4. It is not true or permissible to state that using Rena Ware cookware will save money on food. Rena Ware can save your customers money over time for the following reasons only:

• Rena Ware cookware is guaranteed for life, saving money when compared with less durable cookware. • “Water-less” cooking using low temperatures saves energy.

5. Rena Ware advocates a healthy diet and promotes the benefits of the “water-less” cooking method that uses less fats and oils and preserves the vitamin and mineral content of foods. Cooking with Rena Ware does not remove hormones from meat or poultry, and you must not make any such claims.

6. You may not state or imply that eating foods made using Rena Ware cookware will remove contaminants from the body. 7. It is not true or permissible to link the use of aluminum utensils to Alzheimer’s disease. The notion that there is a connection

between aluminum and Alzheimer’s has been generally discredited in the scientific community and it is the strict policy of the Company that no reference to aluminum and any disease be made in connection with the sale of Rena Ware.

8. You may not say that Rena Ware is made from “surgical” stainless steel, nor can you say that doctors recommend cooking with stainless steel utensils.

9. Using Rena Ware cookware does not cure or treat cancer, diabetes or any other disease, and you must not make any such claims.

10. It is not true or permissible to say Teflon® (or other non-stick materials) can cause lead poisoning or other diseases. The idea that there is a connection between non-stick materials and disease has been generally discredited in the scientific community. It is the strict policy of the Company that no reference to non-stick materials and any disease be made in connection with the sale of Rena Ware cookware.

Water Filters11. In connection with the sale of water filters, performing any “test” on the customer’s tap water is prohibited. It is not part

of the approved Rena Ware water filter sales demonstration. 12. Rena Ware water filters are effective at removing chlorine, sediment, lead, and cysts from water. You may not state or imply

that municipally treated tap water is unsafe to drink. Further, you must not state or imply that contaminants removed by a Rena Ware water filter are present in the customer’s tap water.

13. Many people do not like how tap water tastes due to chlorine added in the treatment process and choose to drink filtered or bottled water. Rena Ware filters are effective at removing chlorine. You may not state or imply that chlorine added in the treatment of municipally treated tap water makes the water unsafe to drink.

Appointments and Presentations14. When approaching a potential customer to book an appointment, you must tell them who you are, why you are

approaching them, and what products you are selling. You must not imply that the only purpose of the contact is to solicit a potential customer’s opinion or to conduct a survey.

14 a. In California, immediately after greeting a prospective customer and before saying anything else, you must identify yourself, state that you represent Rena Ware, and explain that the purpose of your contact is to make a Rena Ware presentation.

15. You may not offer repair or maintenance services to a customer solely as a pretext to making a sales or recruiting presentation. Any service that is offered must be provided.

16. Use only sales materials produced by Rena Ware. Limit product warranty and performance claims to information contained therein. Do not supplement Company provided sales, recruiting, or product materials with information from any other source. Do not create your own sales materials or use information you find on the Internet, television, or other media.

17. The hours when door knocking is permitted varies by state, county, and city; you must check the ordinance for the neighborhood you are visiting.

18. Rena Ware cookware sets are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, other Rena Ware products have warranties ranging from one to ten years. Some stainless steel items including some stove top single ply items are not guaranteed for life. You must refer to the Product Brochure included in your sales kit to be sure that you explain the proper warranty information to your customers.

Pricing and Special Offers19. Federal and state laws prohibit the exaggeration of prices for the purpose of misleading the customer to think that they

are getting a special price when they are not. This includes saying: that the price has been discounted when it has not; that an item is being given for free when it is really included in the normal price; or claiming that a price is for “today only” when it is not. You are permitted to explain the regular price and the value of true limited time offers as made by the Company from time to time.

20. When offering a gift in exchange for hosting or participating in a sales presentation you must explain up front any conditions that the prospective customer must meet in order to receive the gift. Any incentive offered solely for hosting an in-home sales demonstration must be given immediately upon arrival at the customer’s home.

21. You cannot promise the customer that they will receive a discount or other benefit only if someone they refer to you also purchases Rena Ware products. The complete offer must be reflected in the contract signed by the customer. The price the customer must pay, and the goods they will receive cannot depend on a future sale or event.

• It is permitted to offer someone a gift for hosting a party where the receipt of the gift is dependent on the amount of sales and/or bookings at the party. You must fully explain that the gift is dependent on the amount of sales and/or bookings at the party.

Contract Preparation22. When writing an order, you must advise the customer of the three-day cancellation policy orally, at the time of signing the

contract or before, and have the customer initial the contract to indicate that you did advise them. 23. By law, after signing an order, you must give your customer two copies of the contract with the cancellation date clearly

written in.24. The written customer order must be in the same language that the presentation was given. For example if the sales

presentation was given in Spanish, the contract must be in Spanish. 25. If you make a mistake on the contract, you cannot correct your copy later and send it in to the Home Office for processing.

The copies left with the customer must be identical to the contract submitted to the Rena Ware.Recruiting 26. When recruiting you must not tell or promise a recruit that they will earn a specific amount of money per week, or month

if they join Rena Ware. You should explain how the compensation plan works and how they will be rewarded for their efforts. Nobody is promised a specific level of earnings. It is illegal to make false earnings claims when recruiting.

27. It is not permissible to advertise for employment opportunities for marketing or other positions when you are recruiting commissioned Independent Consultants. It is illegal to entice someone to come to a recruiting interview on false pretences.

Referrals28. When requesting referrals from anyone, you must disclose in advance that those referrals may be contacted for sales or

recruiting purposes.
