W4A Water Finding Technology

Applying several proprietary methods using:

• neural network [i] fuzzy logic [ii] pattern recognition [iii] algorithms [iv]

• to remote sensing [v] data, • our Water Finding Specialists are able to detect with very high

precision the presence and locations of aquifers [vi]• significantly between the depths of 300 – 800m. • This technology is fine-tuned to identify high volume [vii]

recharging groundwater [viii] aquifers.

[i] biological neural networks are made up of real biological neurons or artificial neural networks for solving artificial intelligence problems.

[ii] Fuzzy logic is a form of many-valued logic or probabilistic logic; it deals with reasoning that is approximate rather than fixed and exact.

[iii] In machine learning, pattern recognition is the assignment of a label to a given input value.

[iv] In mathematics and computer science, an algorithm is a step-by-step procedure for calculations. Algorithms are used for calculation, data processing, and automated reasoning.

[v] Remote sensing is the acquisition of information about an object or phenomenon without making physical contact with the object.

[vi] An aquifer is an underground layer of water-bearing permeable rock or unconsolidated materials (gravel, sand, or silt) from which groundwater can be extracted using a water well. The study of water flow in aquifers and the characterization of aquifers is called hydrogeology.

[vii] Between 80,000 – 100,000 litres per hour or approximately 1 million litres per day.

[viii] Groundwater recharge or deep drainage or deep percolation is a hydrologic process where water moves downward from surface water to groundwater.

W4A Water Finding Contract Process

STEP ONE - Client makes a Request For Information (RFI)

Client will provide the following information about the Target Location (TL):

Copyright @ Water4All Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (In the process of incorporation)

• Latitude and Longitude of the TL

• Maximum Radius of the distance from the TL

• Type of water eg. drinking water, hot, cold, mineral

Page 18: Water Finding by Water4All Asia Pacific, Singapore

STEP TWO - W4A will revert with the following information:

Copyright @ Water4All Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (In the process of incorporation)

• Indication if there are sources of ground water in the TL matching or close to the specified requirements

• Depth of the water• Static Level of the

water• Flow Rate• Water quality• Temperature

STEP THREE - Client confirms interest to mark and drill well:

Until this point the W4A water information provided is only a forecast. To confirm this forecast, a site survey of the TL is best to be done.

• Client will pay for the cost of TWO W4A Consultants to fly to Client’s location.

• Provide food, accommodation and local travel expenses

During this same trip, W4A will do a Client Due Diligence to determine the suitability of the Client:

• if Client has the right to make the well• If Client is able to obtain the necessary licenses, permits and

visas for the W4A Project Team.• If Client is able to ensure the security and safety of the W4A

Project Team.

W4A Water Finding Contract Process

STEP FOUR – W4A & Client sign contract to mark and drill well:

• Upon successful TL confirmation and Client Due Diligence, W4A will send an official quotation to Client including information about:

• Timeline & phases• Phases for payments:

• 25% - 35% upon signing of contract, • 45% – 55% upon reaching within 8m of target depth and • 10% - 20% upon completion and capping of well and

receipt of water analysis and flow rate confirmation. • Confirmed water forecast, • Terms & Conditions.

STEP FIVE – Completion and handover of well:

• Once the well is completed the standard procedure is to cap the well.

• Should the Client want W4A to implement extraction and distribution engineering a separate project will be started.

• Should the Client want to explore options regarding:

1. Water bottling2. Geothermal energy extraction3. Geothermal air-conditioning 4. Agricultural land bank creation5. Other such downstream activities

W4A Consultancy can be engaged to provide feasibility studies, business modeling, project management and other related activities to support the Client.
