With a cooling capacity ranging from 511 to 910 kW, the Piovan CW 4222-7622 Water-Cooled Chillers fulfil all

cooling needs at the best, covering a wide range of applications and optimising performance and efficiency.

The range has been developed for internal installations, with condensation water temperature ranging from

+20°C to +40°C, and cold water temperature from +5°C up to +20°C.

Water- cooled Chil ler s CW 4222-7622

> Green refrigerant R134a, in line with Piovan’s respect towards environmental concerns.

> Screw compressors, optimised for the use of gas R134a.

> High efficiency shell-and-tube evaporator and condensers, developed for the use of R134a

refrigerant and able to maximize energy efficiency.

> Two independent cooling circuits.

> Setting of the cooling capacity with continuous modulation (stepless) from 25% to 100%.

> Various saftey devices protect the unit and guarantee optimal functioning (high and low pressure switches,

high and low pressure gauges, differential pressure switch for min/high flow).

> Reliable and enhanced microprocessor control, which displays the set and real water temperatures

and possible alarm signals.

> Simplified installation, with facilitated and quick start-up operations.

> Condensation control valve, for optimal management of low condensation water temperature

> Oil flow switch kit, which permits to keep under control the correct lubrication of the compressor

> Water flow switch device

> Evaporator connections (flanged or to weld)

> Shock absorbers

> Serial interface for connection with Piovan supervisory software SVS and Win Factory
