This Memorandum has been sent out to update all of our Members of News and Program Updates, with the Watchmen Program and its' Benefits and Features.I wish to share with you all, our Excitement and Plans of various projects either underway or that are being developed at this time.

We are also in the process of going through some Major Updates of the Watchmen Main web site, but we do not expect this to cause any disruption in viewing the content. If for any reason some links do not work or have stopped working, bare with us as we make the necessary transitions in the web site. These will only be Temporary as we adjust all the pages of the site and take necessary maintenance actions.

TacGearZone.com Store Launch

First and Foremost, we have launched the New Benefit System utilizing the TacGearZone.com Store in which we have a New Reward Points System in place.This New system allows our Members to select far more products in order to meet their needs on a increased level of customization. Instead of simply choosing from the packages that we offered before, now Members will be able to create their own packages according to their specific needs.

How To Information About the Reward Points System

We have taken great care to produce excellent videos and instructions on "How to Set-Up Your TacGearZone Account" and "How to Utilize and Claim Your Reward Points when Checking Out at the Store". Both of these videos are present on our main Watchmen web site and linked in the Members Area at this time.We encourage all Members, who have not already done so, to go there first and then proceed on to setting up your Exclusive Watchmen Membership Registration at the Store.

A complete description and details on "How the Reward Points System Works" is posted at the top of the page above the videos. Please read this information to have a full understanding on the procedures and how it can serve you as a Member.

TacGearZone Store Constructionand Shipping Delays.......

We are working very hard to add additional products to the store and this is an overwhelming endeavor because, unlike most online Survival Stores, we have a great number of Vendors and Products to make available, all in one place.In the early stages of the development of the New Store, we discovered we would have to start from scratch and could not transfer the old store and change everything over to add the New Reward Points System.

This caused massive delays in getting the New Benefits System back up and running and we were forced to release the New Store to the Membership, far earlier than we would have liked, considering we have only a small number of vendors and their products added at the time of Launch. We started with our two biggest vendors and proceeded from there, however we have run into a problem with one of the Vendors called Condor, who supplies the majority of our great Tactical Gear Products, Pouches, Vests, etc.

The Condor vendor has notified us that their recent backlog on getting orders out is a direct result of them undergoing a complete factory/warehouse shutdown which started in July and is continuing into August. This shut down is a result of them remodeling and upgrading their facilities and order processing functions.Many of you who jumped on board early at the release of the New Benefit System, in fact had ordered a variety of products from our store which comes from this vendor.

It is for this reason that a lot of the Orders placed by our Members have been delayed in shipment. We are simply waiting to get our bulk shipments and backorders in from the vendor. This is a typical thing that happens in all retail and supply environments, and I am sure this will not be the last time this happens as companies grow, expand or even fail. We will continue to experience delays of some sort from time to time. That is the natural order of any retail business.

Our Program is not yet at the level where we can afford financially to stock a years worth of product up in advance. We would love to be in that position in the near future, but until then, we ask that our Members remain patient and their Orders WILL indeed get filled and completed at the earliest possible time.

Condor has informed us at this point that they are looking at a delay of 2 or more weeks once again, but will fulfill backorders as soon as they can as the product can be made available. Folks this simply is NOT the Drive-up Window at McDonald's and we are doing our best to overcome any adversities that we encounter. All we can tell you is, as we continue to grow at this ever increasing rate as Watchmen, things will improve more and more. Please help us remain focused and determined on our path to Assist our Members with a little more understanding and patience.

We realize the threats seem to be getting closer and closer, and that people are becoming more concerned and impatient as ever, and want to get as much of their Survival needs as possible, and we will continue to work to fulfilling that goal. Our Commitment to our members remains constant and true, and we will work hard at surpassing these delays as much as possible. Until we can grow enough to start stocking our products in a warehouse, we will have to deal with these situations as they come.

Currently, we have began moving all shipping operations to the State of Kansas, in a temporary but larger facility in order to help improve our efforts to start building a stock level of the most desired products. We will eventually be moving the entire Distribution Center to Alabama, when we can secure and activate our National Headquarters Location.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES FOR PRODUCTS

Once we do get your products, we will ship them out and you will receive an email with a Tracking / Confirmation Number in which you can go online and find where your package is at any time.

Currently we are using the United States Post Office for shipping until our volume reaches a level that affords us enough discount with UPS. We have already got the UPS account set-up and ready for that transition when volume and minimum requirements with UPS permits. Once we can begin to use UPS for our shipments, we are confident we will have much more reliable and secure service with respect to faster deliveries and less loss of packages. (We all know how efficient the U.S. Post Office is, <sarcasm>)

Once we ship your package, you will be able to go to the U.S. Postal web site at:www.usps.com

There you can enter your tracking number and receive information on where your package is during its' travel to you. The Tracking Number will be a long number so make sure you enter it very carefully and check for errors.

PRN RADIO NETWORK - Management Changes

As most of you may already know, we have an Internet based Radio Network called PRNRadioNetwork.com. This Radio Network was originally started and hosted on PatriotResistance.com, but we made the decision to move it out to its' own Domain.

I was managing this Radio Network from its' beginning which was inspired and created from the desires of both the Patriot Resistance and Watchmen site Members.

We have had shows broadcasting 7 days per week now for quite some time, and it simply became too overwhelming for me to handle this among all the other Watchmen business that needs to be done.

For this reason, we have Asked our Saturday Show Host and Watchmen Of Arizona Member, Callsign: Zebra to take over the Management of the Radio Network. Please lend him all the support you can in this endeavor, he is doing a great job so far.....and his assistant OPIE.

For many months now we have implemented our New Customer/Member LIVE Support Feature. This is where we have National Staff Members who have devoted their time to provide a means by which New Visitors of the web site and existing Members can have a direct contact with a Support Representative and get answers to their questions and guidance with the web site and Program Information.

As you open various pages throughout the Watchmen web site you will notice a small box graphic in the upper left hand portion of the page screen. This box will be lit up as "ONLINE" if we have a representative present for service and when there is not one active on the switchboard it will say "OFFLINE".

For the most part these very few dedicated people who have stepped up to help out, have been able to cover almost 7 days coverage and practically all day and night.We are accepting application for Service in this very needed position and many have asked "How They Can Help Out with the Program?" This is one such way where Members can step up and Assist us in assuring that we offer Superior Service and Support for all Watchmen.

Please Consider Volunteering for Service and also Earn Reward Points while you do it. If you cannot participate at a Staff Position level, we understand fully, but please drop by and let these dedicated Watchmen know that we all appreciate their commitment to the program. WHAT IS THE WATCHMEN NATIONAL STAFF?

Many have been wondering, just What is the Structure of the Watchmen Program. They were under the impression that this is a small operation with only a very few people in charge and running the Program. This could not be further from the Truth.

The Watchmen program started out as any organization in its' humble beginnings. However, it has grown to spectacular proportions and has invoked the Response and Dedication from some of the most Patriotic and Committed people I have ever had the pleasure of serving with. I have to truly say, beyond a shadow of any doubt, that the Watchmen have been able to accomplish some of what other Patriot Support Groups only dream of, and our people are Vigilant in every aspect of their Participation in the the Management of the organization.

WHERE IS MY WATCHMEN PATCH?

A few months ago it became necessary for us to Discontinue sending out the Subdued Watchmen Patch with the Welcome Packages. This was caused by a sudden rash of people who were joining and paying only one month of Membership Dues and obtaining the Welcome Package, which had not only the patch but several items including Pens, Stickers, DVD, etc.

For some unknown reason, they must have felt it was important for them to make the expenditure of the initial $15.00 in order to just get the Welcome package and then quitting and never participating in the program.

We felt it was necessary to make a change in order to prevent these losses and to provide some additional Measure of Commitment. Therefore we no longer include the Watchmen Patch inside the Welcome Packages, but we decided to instead make it available to All New Members after they have been a dues paying member for a minimum of 3 (three) months.

All a qualifying member has to do now is make a claim for the patch through the Secondary Benefits Section of the Members Area and after we verify their 3 month enrollment, we will ship it out. Each Member is entitled to one Subdued Watchmen Patch and they can purchase additional patches for uniforms, etc. through the web site or the TacGearZone.com Store.

WATCHMEN PATCH GUIDE

There has been a lot of commotion lately, with regard to where and how to wear your various Watchmen Patches with respect to Uniforms, etc. While each person or groups preference is their own, we actually do have our own protocol as to the placement of patches in a formal uniform setting.

Below is a graphic Patch Guide which shows the recommended placement of your Watchmen organization Patches such as the Subdued "W" patch, Group Triangle Patch, Sentinel Patches, Name Tapes, etc.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE ALL THESE PATCHES?

More Patch designs have been appearing in various places on Facebook, Chat Rooms, etc. and people are asking, "What Do The Various Patches Stand For?"

We have a great number of Unit Patches, National Staff Level Patches, Group Patches, etc. designed and planned for use. We have been slowly releasing the images and folks are grabbing them and using them as Avatars, Icons, etc. Keep in mind that some patches are only designed for specific uses and should not just be used in any manner.

WATCHMEN PATCH SYMBOLS AND MEANINGSPatches are always unique in their creation and often times represent some sort

of symbolism for the purpose in which they are created. Various different Aspects of a Patch will usually represent the organizations' ideology or beliefs.

I have often been asked if there are specific meanings or symbolism with the Watchmen Patch design. As with most patches, ours as well have certain details that carry special meanings and symbolism. Below is an explanation of the Ideas and foundations from which the Watchmen Triangle Patch was created.

It all started one day, when I was thinking about the patch design, that I stumbled across this image........

This image depicts the Elite Cabal of the New World Order Presiding Over the PEOPLE in an Elite Status with the People being beneath them at the bottom as basically Slaves. These Elitists tend to use the upright triangle or pyramid a lot in their Logos, Symbolism, motifs, etc.

So naturally, I decided that the "Opposite" to this would be the inverted Triangle, which would place "The People" over the Rulers or Governing Powers that be. This is as it should be according to our Founding Fathers.

June 8, 1789First. That there be prefixed to the Constitution a declaration, that all power is originally

vested in, and consequently derived from, the people.That Government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people; which consists in the enjoyment of life and liberty, with the right of acquiring and using property,

and generally of pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.That the people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change

their Government, whenever it be found adverse or inadequate to the purposes of its institution.

For this reason, I decided to use the Triangle Inverted to represent the Opposite viewpoint that the People (widest part of the triangle) are above the Government and the Power is always vested within the People.

The Triangle has been since early civilizations, the symbol of the Trilogy or the Triad that makes all existence possible. The Man, the woman and the Creative Power. It has a dual meaning as the Essence of Democracy as the Two (points) outweigh the vote of the One (point)

This means the Elimination of Unsettled Division between two opposing views and that "no one person shall rule over all".

Then came the center of the patch. Here I thought long and hard of the proper symbolism that I felt would Represent the People in the most profound way considering our current situation and the Nation as a whole.

This lead me to the idea of using a "Diamond" shape, especially since it fit within the patterned shape of the inverted Triangle perfectly.

We have all heard the term, "A Diamond Lasts Forever". In ancient Native American Symbolism, the Diamond motif conveyed the element of Rebirth, Revitalization, Spiritual Stability and Devotion. The Goal for mankind is to walk a path on which our souls will shine and sparkle as brightly as diamonds.

The Diamond is also commonly referred to as the "hardest Substance known to mankind", which would represent our Resolve to be Free and an unbreakable Bond and Spirit as Brothers and Sisters and Americans.

Lastly, I just added the letter "W" in the center to complete the Patch. Representing the single individual "Watchmen" encompassed by the whole, further reinforcing the True Spirit of Protection, Unity and Brotherhood.

We try to maintain this symbolism in most, if not all of our Patches as they are produced and released over time. I hope this sheds light on the topic for those who have asked, as nothing is always as simple as it seems.

.......and now you know the rest of the Story of how the Watchmen Patch was created.

WELCOME PACKAGE UPDATES We have worked very hard to try to provide an excellent Welcome Package for our Members. One that we felt would be enjoyable and yet informative for those who are just coming on board the Program.

It seems from the very start, we ran into one problem after another, as the Members kept pouring in one after another. We simply were not prepared for the Desire and Massive Distribution Demand that would ensue. It was as if we could never get enough of these put together in any large quantity and have them stocked up and still be able to meet the need.

The Packages were just going out the door too fast and we ran into issues with packages being intercepted, lost or stolen as well. It became quite clear that this single aspect of the Joining Process was overlooked with respect to its' importance and keeping up with the demand. Therefore changes needed to be made quickly.

The National Watchmen Staff Board has had several meetings on this issue and have worked hard to help come up with solutions to resolve the issue of proper and timely delivery of this Important Feature of our Program.

In recent National Meetings, with many contributing their ideas and support, it was motioned that we do not wait any longer to expand the operations of this function. It is apparent that in order to keep up with the increasing number of Members and Desire for this package, that we must simply develop a Divisional Base of Distribution on several levels.

It has been decided that we will divide the country into Eastern and Western Regions, based on the Mississippi River being the approximate dividing line. We have set up Complete Distribution Operations in each of these two regions that will take over the full distribution of Welcome packages and send them out according to the geographical location of each incoming Member.

The Two Distribution Centers will be Arizona and Indiana respectively.Another Issue that needs to be addressed is the fact that since the Entire

Benefits System has been Upgraded and Changed, this meant that the Included DVD, that came in the Welcome packages had to be updated to reflect the New System information. This meant practically starting over with production of the Contents of the packages since we did not want to waste money sending outdated material.

The New DVD is near its' completion in production and editing at this time and we are expecting to have it copied over the next week, in order to start sending out packages once again. This has obviously caused some delay in getting these out in a prompt manner and we do certainly Apologize for this inconvenience.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Everyone's least favorite topic is paying membership dues, but the cold hard facts are; We cannot possible hope to Achieve our Mission and Goals, if Members do not pay dues. It takes money to do what we are doing and to secure all the Projects and Benefits that we currently have, and for the the future.

The Bottom Line is, if even one Member withholds his commitment, then this affects the Entire Group as a Collective on many levels. We are All simply pieces to the Puzzle that makes up the Bigger Picture. If any piece is missing then the Entire Objective can never be complete.

We realize that these are hard times for a lot of folks, and that is why we made Membership as affordable as possible while still trying to have enough capital to fully achieve what needs to be done. The $15.00 per month for the Watchmen Membership is extremely affordable compared to even some of the most ridiculous Membership organization out there, that do far less for their Members.

We do not have a budget, nor manpower to send out reminders each month, to those who have chosen to pay monthly. We need each and every Member to Take Personal Responsibility for their Commitment in making this Program the Exclusive one-of-kind Patriot Group that is Making a Difference.

We have made it as Easy As Possible, for every Member to have Payment Options in order to pay their dues. Please Note, that Members should use the Payment Button found in the Main Members Area - Gold Button Menu on the Watchmen web site. There are several options available there as well as multiple payment options, which the Husbands and Wives use to make Dual Payments.

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? - MYSTERIOUS WEB SITE ICONThere has been a Big Stir, with recent questions about a Mysterious Icon, that

has started appearing on certain pages of the Watchmen web site. These inquiries are a result of a Graphic Icon that was created and placed on specific pages for a purpose. It is called the OPSEC SHIELD.

This OPSEC Shield is designed to let Members know that the Material on that Specific Page is NOT FOR PUBLIC Viewing or Use. This means that the Content on that page was put there for your Specific Access and a Privileged and is NOT to be Copied and Pasted, Transmitted in any fashion, or Given Access to others by Any Member. We have gone to great efforts to try to compile very useful and sometimes sensitive material for the Benefit of our Members. Therefore it is not permitted to be shared outside the Watchmen Organization unless given very specific Authorization.

This Graphic Can Be Found inthe Upper Right Corner Of

Any Secured web page.

Any Member found in Violation of this Protocol shall be immediately Dismissed as a Member of the Watchmen of America Program and Shall forfeit any Reward Point Benefits they may have or be otherwise entitled to. We all have to start learning to take OPSEC (Operational Security) Seriously. All Pages of the Watchmen web site have an installed Security Measure that informs us when material has been copied duplicated or transmitted and exactly what I.P. Address has violated this Measure.

ADDITIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION FOR ALL WATCHMENIt has been brought to our attention that because some people have joined the

program and consequently resigned their membership, or some that are claiming to be Members and are not, that we need some additional security measure in order to determine if a person is actually a Valid Member or not and to covertly identify ourselves to one another.

We have developed a Security Pass Phrase System, which incorporates everyday conversation pieces used as a sort of password test in order for you to know if they are in fact a Member when you run across these people.

Example: Test Phrase: You Say "I have lost my WATCH, Do you have the time?" Pass Phrase: They Respond: "It's time for all MEN to wake up"

If they fail to respond with the Correct Pass Phrase, then you can be assured they are not a Valid Member. You can learn more about this new System in the Members Area.

NEW FEATURES FORTHCOMING

As mentioned in the recent August Newsletter, we are working on implementing some New Features for the Watchmen web site. It is our goal to not only make the web site easier to navigate but to continually add new items for our Members to gain from and enjoy the use of.

One New Feature we are building currently is the National Watchmen Network Map. This section of the web site will enable the Members to Volunteer to be placed on the Map Feature with a link to their Email Address, in order to make contact with other Watchmen that may be close to them in their particular state.

We were inspired to create this section by the many requests from the Membership as a whole. The Service is Totally Voluntary and No Member will be added for contact unless they Specifically Request it. We will be providing a Submission Form on the Network Area for this purpose, when it's all finished.

A Second Unique New Feature we will be adding is the Learning Resource Center. This New Area will combine several other existing elements of the existing web site that pertains to "How-To Material", Field Manuals, Video Learning Files, etc.

It is our intent to Combine all this material in one Easy-To Navigate and Use Area that will add to the Benefit of our Members and also provide an opportunity to submit their own material for sharing with the entire Membership.

WATCH FOR THESE NEW FEATURES COMING SOON !!WATCHMEN PROJECT UPDATES

Recently I added a New Section to the Main Members Area Page, whereby we post news and updates with regard to all the many projects we are working on. It is intended to allow the Membership the opportunity to keep updated on the Status of the Projects we are involved with at the time, or plan to implement in the near future.

This Section will remain in the Members Area Main Page and be updated from time to time. Make sure you check this Section out for any Important News and Status of these projects. The Section is designed as a Checklist to indicate when projects are complete.

The above Section can be found on the Main Members Area Page in the Center below the Gold Menu Bar Area.

One Project that we have been working on for over 6 months now is the Dx Project. This is a Highly Classified Project that has been very intensive in the creation and implementation and has involved State Command Groups from various areas of the Country.

The Project is about to enter Phase Two and be available for Public Release, so we are extremely excited to finally be able to De-Classify this project here very soon.

Until then, it will just have to remain in OPSEC, because of the Massive Potential of the results of this endeavor.

We are not calling this one the GAME CHANGER for nothing.

The Watchmen were conceived out of this pain for what America has become and the need once again for the very few to step forward and separate themselves as true custodians for Freedom.

There are many people who call themselves Patriots and say they stand for Liberty, but there are those who have taken their vow for Freedom and Restoration more seriously and are willing to make those Ultimate Sacrifices as WATCHMEN.

What this country needs now more than ever, are those who are Dedicated Enough.......who are Determined Enough, ......and who are Not willing to give in to Tyranny any further. Those who will not compromise for anything less than what God intended for us as Free Men and Women.

I have found such people and I for one, can say that it is a Total Honor and Pleasure to call them all Brothers and Sisters. To stand next to them shoulder to shoulder in the defense of our Own Security.

More than that, they are known now as WATCHMEN, and I shall hold dear to the fact they we have made history Yesterday and Today and will do so for the Future.

and so, I ask you............

Are you simply a Patriot standing for Liberty?Will you join us as Watchmen to Secure our True Freedom?
