Watkins Manufacturing Corporation (“Watkins”) warrants to the original

consumer purchaser (“you”) the following about your new Highlife® Collection

Hot Spring® spa, when purchased from an authorized dealer/service provider (“dealer”).

Year Shell Surface Warranty Watkins warrants the acrylic surface material of the HIGHLIFE

Collection HOT SPRING portable spa to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship for seven years. Additionally, the acrylic surface material is structurally warranted not to leak for a period of seven years.

The acrylic surface material is non-permeable and will not absorb odors, bacteria

or pollutants.

Year No Leak Plumbing Warranty Watkins warrants the HOT SPRING spa against leaks caused by

defects in manufacturing and workmanship for five years. This

warranty specifically covers leaks from the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, drains, hoses, and all bonded parts.

Year Component Warranty Watkins warrants the electrical components, pumps, jets including the

Moto-Massage® jets, air valves, levers, bezels and other HOT

SPRING spa components against defects in materials and workmanship for five years. Some parts, most of which can be changed out without the use of tools,

such as filter cartridges, filter lid, spa pillows and cover locks, are not included in this warranty, but are warranted to be free from defects in materials and

workmanship at the time of delivery. Spa covers and other spa accessories are

specifically excluded from this warranty, although they may be covered by other warranties. Please check with your HOT SPRING dealer for details.

Year No-Fault® Heater Warranty

Watkins unconditionally warrants the NO-FAULT heater to be free

from defects in materials and workmanship for five years. This

warranty defines unconditional, with the exclusion of commercial or industrial use, and improper installation, as warranty coverage provided that the

component has failed to operate properly within the spa’s system.

Year Everwood® / Everwood HD Cabinet Warranty

Watkins warrants the EVERWOOD cabinet material to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years. This warranty

specifically covers the cabinet’s structural integrity (exclusive of surface stain),

including the material and assembly.

The EVERWOOD cosmetic finish is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. Fading and weathering

of the surface will occur naturally over time, and are not defects. To restore the

appearance of the EVERWOOD cabinet, refer to the spa Owner’s Manual for proper care and maintenance instructions.

Year SpaStone®

Cabinet Warranty Watkins warrants the SPASTONE cabinet material to be free from

defects in material for three years. This warranty specifically covers peeling, cracking or shrinking for three years.

The SPASTONE cabinet’s cosmetic finish and workmanship is warranted to be

free from defects at the time of initial delivery to the original consumer

purchaser. Fading and weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time, and are not considered to be warrantable defects.

Year Light Assembly Warranty Watkins warrants the LED light assemblies, which consists of all

lights within the spa, including the underwater and bartop lighting, to

be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years.

Year FreshWater III® Ozone Warranty

Watkins warrants the electrical components, ozone tubing, check

valve, injector, corona discharge cell and exterior housing of the

FRESHWATER III corona discharge ozone purification system against defects in material and workmanship for one year.

Year Wireless Remote Control Battery Warranty Watkins warrants the battery in the wireless remote control panel

against defects in material and workmanship for one year. For

replacement of the battery refer to the spa Owner’s Manual for proper care and installation directions.

The following applies to all of the warranties listed above:

Extent of Warranty This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the HOT

SPRING spa when purchased and originally installed within the country of

purchase. This warranty begins on your delivery date of the spa, but in no event later than one year from the date of purchase. This warranty terminates upon any

transfer of ownership, or if the spa is installed or relocated outside the country of

purchase by the original consumer purchaser prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

Warranty Performance To make a claim under this warranty, contact your dealer. In the event you are

unable to obtain service from the dealer, please contact Watkins Manufacturing Corporation, at 1280 Park Center Drive, Vista, California, 92081, Attn: Customer Service Department (800) 999-4688 or +1 760 598 6464 for customers

outside of the US or via e-mail, [email protected]. You must give Watkins and/or your dealer written notice of any warranty claim, along with a

copy of your original purchase receipt indicating the date of the purchase, within

ten (10) days of the time you discover the claim. Watkins reserves the right to inspect the malfunction or defect on location.

Watkins or its Authorized Service Agent will repair any defects covered by this

warranty. Except as described herein, you will not be charged for parts, labor or

the freight costs for parts necessary to repair the spa for defects covered by this warranty. In some cases, the servicing dealer may charge you a reasonable

repairperson travel/service charge that is not covered by this warranty. Please

contact the dealer for information regarding any such charges.

Limitations Except as described above, this warranty does not cover defects or damage due

to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration without Watkins’ prior

written consent, accident, acts of God, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by Watkins, failure to follow Watkins’

Pre-Delivery Instructions or Owner’s Manual, or repairs made or attempted by

anyone other than an authorized representative of Watkins. Alteration includes, but is not limited to, any component or plumbing change, or electrical

Year No Leak Shell Warranty Watkins warrants against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for seven years.

YEAR LED LIGHT ASSEMBLY WARRANTY – TEMPO®, RELAY® AND RHYTHM® SPAS Watkins warrants the LED light assemblies of the Tempo, Relay

and Rhythm spas, which consists of all lights within the spa, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years.

YEAR LED LIGHT ASSEMBLY WARRANTY –SX AND TX SPAS Watkins warrants the LED light assemblies of the SX and TX spas to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year.

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation (“Watkins”) warrants to the

original consumer purchaser (“you”) the following about your new

vinyl cover, when purchased from an authorized dealer/service

provider (“dealer”).

TWO YEAR PART WARRANTY Watkins warrants the vinyl cover that comes standard on the Hot

Spring®, Hot Spot

®, Tiger River

®, Limelight

® and Solana

® spas to

be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years.

This warranty specifically protects the original consumer purchaser

from excessive damage to, or the failure of, the vinyl encasement,

including the handles and straps, determined to have been caused

by normal usage. The cover locks are not included in this warranty,

but are warranted to be free from defects in materials and

workmanship at the time of delivery to the original consumer

purchaser. Fading of the vinyl and thread is not considered a

defect, and will occur naturally due to normal chemical

maintenance required for spa water.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of

the vinyl cover and terminates upon any transfer of ownership by

the original consumer purchaser prior to the expiration of the

warranty period.

USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Spa Cover Installation 1. Place the cover squarely on the spa.

2. Position the tie-down locks included with your cover on the

side of the spa so that they are easily reached by the cover tie-

down straps. Allow for about 1/2” to 3/4” slack in the straps to

make it easy to insert strap into locks and to compensate for

vinyl shrinkage in cold weather.

3. Attach the locks with the screws provided and insert the

cover tie-down straps into the locks.

INSTALL

Care of the Vinyl Cover The vinyl cover is an attractive, durable foam insulation

product. Monthly cleaning and conditioning are recommended

to maintain its beauty. To clean and condition the vinyl cover,

first remove it from the spa. It should not be on the spa during

cleaning.

IMPORTANT: To avoid soap getting into the spa water or baking soda

getting on the redwood spa cabinet (which may cause black

spots or streaks on the redwood), the spa cover should not be

on the spa during cleaning. If you have a retractable cover

system installed on your spa, it is recommended that you use

only water to clean your cover to avoid damaging the spa

cabinet.

To clean and condition the vinyl cover:

1. With a garden hose, spray the cover to loosen and rinse

away dirt or debris.

2. Using a large sponge and/or a soft bristle brush, and

using a very mild soap solution (1 teaspoon dishwashing

liquid with 2 gallons of water) or baking soda (sodium

bicarbonate), scrub the vinyl top in a circular motion. Do

not use soap on the underside of the cover. Do not let the

vinyl dry with a soap film on it before it can be rinsed clean.

3. Scrub the cover’s perimeter and side flaps. Rinse clean

with water only. Be sure to rinse off any soap residue on the

cabinet.

4. Rinse off the underside of the cover with water only

5. To condition the cover after cleaning, apply a thin film

of Fresh Water® Cover to the vinyl surface and buff with a

cloth to a high luster.

SERVICE NOTE: To remove tree sap, use cigarette lighter fluid (not charcoal

lighter fluid). Use sparingly, and buff with saddle soap

immediately afterwards, then wipe dry.

Important Reminders: DO inspect cover for premature wear, deterioration, or

illegible warnings and replace promptly.

DO remove snow buildup to avoid breakage of the foam

cores.

DO lock cover straps to secure the cover when the spa is

not in use.

DO test water temperature with hand before entering.

DO test GFCI monthly.

DO NOT place heavy objects on top of the vinyl cover to

Warnings: Failure to follow all instructions may result in injury or

Keep spa covered when not in use – empty or full. When

filled, this ensures effective temperature maintenance and

economical operation. When empty, this prevents

potential damage to the surface finish of the interior

walls. In outdoor use, this can result from the excessive

heat of the sun. This type of damage is specifically

excluded from warranty coverage.

Keep children away.

Children or objects cannot be seen under cover.

Remove cover completely before entry of bathers –

entrapment possible.

Remove standing water – child can drown on top of

cover.

Non secured or improperly secured covers are a hazard.

The cover and all Watkins retractable cover systems are

not recommended for use in wind conditions reaching

above 25 mph. Keep children off the cover. Always lock

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation (“Watkins”) warrants the

original consumer purchaser (“you”) the following about your

Wireless Monitor, Monitor Stand, Wireless Music System, or

Wireless Music Dock when purchased from an authorized

dealer/service provider (“dealer”).

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Watkins warrants to the original consumer purchaser, at retail,

that the components of the Wireless Monitor, Monitor Stand,

Wireless Music System or Wireless Music Dock will be free

from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the

original purchase date.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser

of the Wireless Monitor, Monitor Stand, Wireless Music System

or Wireless Music Dock when purchased and originally installed

within the boundaries of the United States. This warranty begins

on your purchase. This warranty terminates upon any transfer of

ownership, or if the Wireless Monitor, Monitor Stand, Wireless

Music System or Wireless Music Dock is installed or relocated

outside the boundaries of the United States by the original

consumer purchaser prior to the expiration of the warranty

period.

CONNEXTION

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation (“Watkins”)

following about your Connextion™ Remote

Monitoring System hardware when purchased from

an authorized dealer/service provider (“dealer”). This

warranty only applies to the hardware devices and

does not cover terms of use for the Connextion

monitoring service or the Connextion software

application(s).

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Watkins Manufacturing Corporation warrants to the

original consumer purchaser, at retail, that the

components of the hardware product will be free

from defects in material and workmanship for one

year from the original purchase date.
