Warning letter
Dear
RE: Breach of two conditions of the radioactive substances environmental
permit GB3235DL at Wylfa Power Station, Cemaes Bay, Anglesey.
Natural Resources Wales believes that you have committed the following Offence:
Offences:
Regulation 38 (2) of the Environmental Permitting Regulations.Failure to comply with or contravene an environmental permit condition,namely conditions 1.1.1(a) and 3.1.1
Date of offence: 11/11/2015
We have issued this warning letter as a response to the above offences on thisoccasion, however, our decision could change if any further relevant informationcomes to light, including, but not restricted to, information that:
the Company has committed earlier offences
the environmental impacts of these offences are greater than we presentlyunderstand them
the offences are continuing or have been repeated
The Company have committed other offences of which we are presently unaware.
We will take these offences into account if we consider that the Company areinvolved in any future offending.

affect our right to issue enforcement, clear-up or remediation notices; or seekrecovery of costs or damages according to law
