OBJECTIVEThe World Alpine Rockfest is an entertainment festival designed to promote, theResort Venue, the Event Sponsors, Alpine Sport, as well as the Ski CelebritiesParticipating.The number one goal is to attract people to alpine life and snow sport for anexciting evening of musical & sport entertainment. Whether these people areattending the event or watching on TV, the event is made for Television, designedto provide global exposure for the Venue, Sponsors and Athletes. Because we areproducing News segments, Sport programming and Live Style Action Sportprogramming we capture multiple broadcast options.We are focused on delivering a top quality venue and festival designed to bringhigh value to all that attend and all partners participating in the development,delivery and execution of the Festival.The World Alpine Rockfest is targeted at promotional value not just showing sport.The event will be held at night and will include a Rock Concert in combination witha dynamic alpine ski exhibition for the largest grand prize in skiing 100,000!

TITLE SPONSOR
This integrates the sponsor into the event logo and all World Alpine become (example) the Visa World Alpine Rockfest. Premier association and promotion with
all events and future location
VENUE SPONSOR
This places the venue sponsor under the event title and targets the venue in all promotion and branding
This sponsor receives the majority of coverage with all media and will have logo supremacy over all other sponsors or partners. It
will have interactive decision making input with Top Out Sports on the event design and execution.
VIP structure at the Mt venue siteThis sponsor will receive exposure on the TV coverage and event site bydesigning the look of the VIP facility, which includes the back wall of thefinish area around their company logo and look (in sync with World AlpineRockfest logo and color pattern.They will use company products within the VIP delivery as well as specialVIP gifts to key guests and celebrities.The design and execution of the VIP area and operation must becoordinated and approved through Top Out Sports,Inc.In addition, this sponsor will receive additional logo space in the Resortand other event material. They will be included in a portion of the eventadvertising and promotion.
GOLD LEVEL
-HOUSE, JUMP-This sponsor will receive exposure on the TV coverage and event site by designing the look of the start house, jump face advertising, start bibs and models wardrobe for the bib show.
GOLD LEVEL
Start house: The starting area will be a dynamic visual design, which will focus on this sponsors logo and look as well as include the title sponsor. TV will be centered on this view at the start of each racer. The sponsor will cover the cost of material for this component
Jump face: The race course willinclude a pro style jump wheredramatic advertising can beincluded. Examples would includeneon sign, jumping over product orsymbol, etc. The sponsor will coverthe cost of material for thiscomponent.
Bibs/Gate Flags and Start Number Show:
The start numbers will be custom to the event and designed around this sponsors logo as well as include the title sponsor. In addition, we will hold a new style start number presentation withfemale models. They will be in long winter coats (advertising the sponsor)and when chosen by an athlete each will remove the jacket to reveal theracers bib number. Then they will remove the bib and present it to thecelebrity. They will be left wearing only a bikini, which will have thesponsors design. Then the jackets will go back on the girls, short 15-minute show concludes. The cost for the complete show will be coveredby the sponsor which will include (but not be limited to); cost to hire thefemale models, model management, wardrobe, bib & flag design &manufacturing and other related costs.The design and execution of these event components must becoordinated and approved through Top Out Sports.In addition, this sponsor will receive additional logo space in the Resortand other event material. They will be included in a portion of the eventadvertising and promotion.
Partnership structure and outlinePartners will be added to the event to provide required products, material andservices increasing quality of the entire event.Based on amount of product and cost each will be handled as a separatenegotiation in regards to logo use in the venue and event material. The use oftheir products and services during the event is a major reward for partnershipstatus.Target is 5 to 10 high quality partners
