Initial Idea

Just imagine if you could share your looks right from a fitting room of your favorite apparel store

and get feedback from your friends (facebook, twitter etc) and other people you don't know

(wardrober community). Immediately.Get rated, be advised, be buzzed.

Experiment 1• We interviewed different people from

different countries (United States, Russia, Belarus, Sweden, Czech Republic).

• We also went to apparel stores and looked on customers behavior there.

Results• The project is NOT unique!Our initial idea is not unique. There are a lot of similar services. • Project functionality is NOT enough for

customers!In face to face discussions we find out that customers want to get something valuable. From the other hand retailers want to get low cost and efficient ad.

New HypothesisCustomer downloads our application via QR-code stacked in a fitting room. Then he takes a picture of him in the clothes from the store and shares this pic on social networks. His friends see and like the picture. Then "likes" transfer in virtual money that this customer can spend in the store where he took the picture. The customer is happy to get additional bonus and the retailer is happy to get loyal customer and probably some new customers from the friends who liked the picture.
