Mix the oil and butter, then by using a pastry brush, grease the leaves of the pastry. Put the leaves on the top of each other, then by using a knife, cut them into squares of 10 cm each. Fold the squares into triangular shapes, put them in the baking tray, and grease them with the oil leftover and butter mixture. Bake the pastries until they get brown in color and look crunchy on top. Leave them a while to cool down. Fill the pastries with cream and then serve it. For the cream, put milk, cream, starch, sugar, and rose water in a small pot. By using a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients over low heat and keep stirring until the cream becomes thick. Put the cream in the plate, cover it with nylon and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
