1. INTRODUCTION

WaNgara Group (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary Built Environment Design and Construction

Project Management House. We are a professional project and construction management

company which provides turn-key Project, Construction and Property Development, Property

Management, Land Survey, Town Planning, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical

Engineering and Facilitation services across all industry sectors.

Focusing on customer service and value creation, our key objective is to provide our customers

with value-added outcomes and optimum return on their investment. It is our aim to ensure

innovative and flexible solutions that meet and exceed all customers' expectations.

WaNgara Group employs a team of professionally accredited and highly skilled professionals

with abilities to deliver complex and high profile projects across the globe. The firm is a black

empowered organisation offering hands-on approach to delivery of successful and sustainable

built environment projects.

WaNgara Group aims to achieve optimum design/cost solution for its clients. This is done by

providing professional advice throughout the project’s whole life cycle. WaNgara Group

ensures that clients are fully aware of all cost implications relating to relevant decisions made

at each design stage. This allows the client to choose where best to spend his/her budget or

which alternatives give best value of money.

The firm recognises the need for excellent delivery of services, and thus, where the firm’s

5. OUR CAPACITY

The WaNgara GROUP team is made up of highly motivated individuals who are committed to

deliver value-added Construction Project Management services. We have the capacity to

deliver service in line with our client’s needs. We are aware of and move concurrently with the

ever-changing trends in technology to achieve efficiency and be able to enhance our past,

present and prospective projects. The firm is highly computerised and embraces latest

technologies such as Primavera, Ms Projects, ArchiCAD, Civil Designer, Revit and AutoCAD

which our team use to execute projects. The company strives to invest in the newest and latest

available softwares and technologies.

6. MEMBERS

WaNgara GROUP is a 100% Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment compliant. The key

resources are:

1. Mr. Tendai Nyasha (PMP, Pr. CPM)

He is a Registered Project Management Professional with the Project Management

Institute (PMI). He is registered with the South African Council of Professional

Construction Project Management Professionals (SACPCPMP) as a Professional

Construction Manager. He has vast experience in construction project management

and has worked extensively in public sector and mining sector projects. He is a holder

of a Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree in Civil and Water Engineering, and a

holder of the Masters in Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws

Degree (LLB). He is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience and knowledge of

innovative construction methodologies. He is the CEO and Founder of WaNgara

Group.

2. Dr Sheila Nyasha:

She has over ten years of post-graduate experience in field of economics and

econometrics. She has an impeccable record of scholarship, holding a Bachelor in

Economics, Masters in Economics and Doctorate in Economics. She is a Founding

and Principal member of WaNgara Group.

3. Mr Takuraneyi Chitungo: Pr. CPM)

Mr Chitungo has vast experience in public sector infrastructure planning and

implementation. He is the Director of Operations responsible for leading our strategic

projects. He has over 14 years experience and he is a registered Professional

Construction Project Manager the South African Council of Professional Construction

Project Management Professionals (SACPCPMP).

4. Mr Hendrick Kapepa: (Pr. Arch)

Mr Kapepa is a seasoned Architect with widespread experience in engineering and

building projects. Mr Kapepa has over twelve years of experience in the Architectural

industry. His experience extends over the boarders of South Africa including the

Zambia, Zimbabwe, and North Africa.

5. Mr Kojo Mensah: (Pr. Eng) Electrical

Mr Mensah has been practising as a Professional Engineer for the past 15 years. He

has an all-round grounded experience in mining, social infrastructure, private sector

and retail and municipal services. He has a proven track record in Africa and abroad.

6. Mr Lloyd Feshete: (Pr. Eng) Civil

Mr Feshete is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 16 years of experience in the design

roads, municipal infrastructure and social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals and

community halls. He is a registered professional engineer with the Engineering Council

of South Africa.

7. Mr Ronald Sithole: (Pr. QS)

He is a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor with the South African Council for

the Quantity Surveying Profession. He is Registered Professional member with the

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Sithole has over 13 years of postgraduate

experience. He has worked with Professional Quantity Surveying firms, construction

companies and contractors.

8. Mr Delford Dovorogwa: (Pr. OHS)

He is a registered professional member of the Southern African Auditors’ Training &

Certification Authority (SAATCA as a Professional Health and Safety Lead Auditor,

Professional Environmental Lead Auditor, as well as Professional Energy

Management System Auditor. He has over 14 years’ experience in both Occupational

Health and Safety and Environmental Issues. He holds a Diploma in Applied Biological

Sciences, a Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering and an Honours’ degree

in Chemical Engineering.
