He stated that when hereceived his clearing pennit he was unaware that he could not bring in ?ll. When Officer cameout and he was told to remove dirt. He spoke with Planning Department and the additionalplans were not approved and this held up the permit process. He stated he is in the process ofhaving a design and storm water plan created.public part of hearing closedV.
