Newsletter 6th July 2018
Hello everyone,
Last week some of our Year 5/6 pupils undertook their Cycling Test, they all worked really hard to complete the course and they all received a certificate, well done to you all. Remember everything you have learnt and keep safe. All the children really enjoyed meeting James Nicol, author of The Apprentice Witch and A Witch Alone last Tuesday. Hopefully this will inspire a love of reading and writing. Last Wednesday all our children moved up to their new year groups whilst our Year 6 pupils spent the day at St Clements High School. Everybody had a lovely day and our Year 1 and 2 children did a superb job looking after the children who will be joining us in reception from September on their two transition days. Last Thursday some of our Class 2 pupils went to Lynnsport to take part in the St Clements Cluster Ar-ea Sports, see overpage for feedback. Yesterday, all the children enjoyed their day at Amazona Zoo. It was a very hot day so they were lucky to have quite a bit of shade. All the children impressed us with their excellent behaviour. Look out for photos in our next newsletter. As always, if do you have any concerns, in the first instance please speak with your class teacher. Best Wishes, Ms J.Borley Executive Head Teacher
