Wie sein Name schon sagt, ein Bulle mit sehr gutem Charakter, eine sehr edle Erscheinung mit beeindruckendem Seitenbild. Der Bulle entwickelte sich von einem sehr feinen, zu einem extrem maskulinen Typ. Hervorragende Bemuskelung vor allem an den wertvollen Teilstücken des Bullen zeichnen ihn speziell aus, wobei seine guten Fundamente noch extra hervorzuheben sind. Wurde nicht umsonst in seiner Beurteilung in allen Belangen mit super Zahlen eingestuft. Edelfink PP is a sire with good temperament and impressive type traits. The bull grew from a fine young bull to an extremely masculine type. He shows an excellent muscling especially at the valuable parts. Feet and legs are outstanding. Not without reason he got excellent grades for type traits.

Die Urgroßmutter von Aizatzurudoi ist Aizakura. Sie bietet überragende strukturelle Korrektheit, Breite und Stärke (mit einem Gewicht 700 kg), hohe Milchleistung und eine ausgezeichnete Frucht-barkeit (produziert bis zu 30 Embryonen pro Spülung). Sie stammt von Kikutsurudoi 146, einer Kom-bination aus Tanifukudoi (Tajimas erster Vater/Stier), und der berühmten „Hyogo Cow“ Kikutsuru ab. Der Großvater von Aizatzurudoi, Fukutsuru (die Nummer 1 nach der Liste der Washington State University), ist eine Kreuzung aus Kikutsuru’s bekanntem Sohn Dai 2 Yasutsurudoi und ihrer Uren-kelin, Teruyasu. Aizatzurudoi wiegt fast 900 kg. Weibliche Geschwister haben sich als großartige Zuchtkühe mit guter Milchleistung bewiesen. Die Schlachtkörper der männlichen Geschwister haben durchweg eine 9 + in der Handelsklasseneinteilung und ein überdurchschnittliches Schlachtkörpergewicht.

The granddam of Auzatzurudoi, Aizakura, shows an enormous soundness, depth and strength (with a lifeweight of 700 kg), a high milk production and excellent fertility (produces up to 30 embryos per flushing). She comes out of Kikutsurudoi 146, a combination of Tanifukudoi (Tajimas first sire/bull), and the famous „Hyogo Cow“ Kikutsuru. The grandsire of Aizatzurudoi, Fukutsuru (Washington State Universitys number one rated sire), is a cross between Kikutsuru’s famous son Dai 2 Yasutsurudoi and her grand grand daughter Teruyasu. Aizatzurudoi has a lifeweight of almost 900 kg. His sisters are outstanding breeding cows with an excellent milk production. Male siblings have outstanding carcass weights and carcass grades of 9 +.

Hikoshigefuji comes from the Itozakura line from Japan that goes back to the famous bull Dai Itozakura.The sire of Hikoshigefuji was born in Japan and has a lifeweight of 1200 kg. The pedigree of Takenotanitsuru reaches 300 years back.The carcasses of the progeny of Hikoshigefuji exceed all expectations. Die drei Blutlinien der Tajima-Zucht heißen Naka Doi, Oku Doi und Kumanami. Bekannt wurde die Kumanami Linie vor allem durch den Stier Shigekanenami (Miyagi Präfek-tur). Shigekanenami ist der Vater von Shigeshigenami, dem Großvater von Itoshigenami. Die Mutter von Itoshigenami ist Fukuyuki, eine Tochter von Fukumasa (auch aus der Shigekanena-mi Linie). Die Inzucht in der Kumanami Linie war wichtig, um eine gute und stabile Marmorie-rung zu gewährleisten.

The three bloodlines of the Tajima-Farm are Naka Doi, Oku Doi and Kumanami. The sire that made the Kumanami line famous was Shigekanenami (Miyagi Prefecture). Shigekanenami is the sire of Shigeshigenami, the grandsire of Itoshigenami.The dam of Itoshigenami is Fukuyuki, a Fukumasa-daughter (also out of the Shigekanenami line). The inbreeding in the Kumanami-line was important, to guarantee an excellent and stable marbling.

KIYOSHI 409 ist ein Sohn von Kitaguni JR, der wiederum von Kitaguni 7/8 abstammt. Dieser Ausnahmebulle gewann in Japan alle Schlachtkörperwettbewerbe. Er stammt aus der Shar-mani-Linie. Mütterlicherseits kommt KIYOSHI aus einer Sanjirou-Tochter. Sanjirou ist der viert-beste Marmorierungsbulle in USA. Suzutani, die Mutter von Sanjirou, gehört zu den besten Wagyu-Kühen außerhalb Japans. Sie ist auch die Mutter von Shigeshigetani.

KIYOSHI 409 is a Kitaguni JR son, who descends from Kitaguni 7/8. This extraordinary sire won all carcass contests in Japan. He comes from the Sharmani-line. On the damside KIYOSHI descends from a Sanjirou-daughter. Sanjirou is the fourthbest bull for marbling in the US. Suzutani, the dam of Sanjirou, is one of the best Wagyu-cows outside Japan. She also is the mother of Shigeshigetani.

Auf väterlicher Seite stammt Itohira aus der Fujiyoshi-Linie. Vorfahren sind hier die weiblichen Rinder Westholme Teruyoshi U37 und die japanische Yoshie, die in der japanischen Bewer-tungsskala die Note A5 (höchste Bewertungsnote für Schlachtkörper) erzielte. Auf der mütter-lichen Seite hat das Tier den Großvater Hirashige-Tayasu, der ein berühmtes Mitglied der Kedaka-Linie ist. Somit sind die Blutlinien Fujiyoshi und Kedaka gleichermaßen bei Itohira vertreten.Itohira hat ein solides Fundament und Wagyu – typische Proportionen. Er hat bei der Zuchtbe-wertung die Bestnote 8-8-8 (Bemuskelung- Typ- Skelett) als Körergebnis erhalten. Der Schlachtkörper ergab eine hervorragende Schlachtqualität was Fleischbeschaffenheit und Marmorierung (BMS 8+) anbelangt.

On the sire side Itohira comes from the Fujiyoshi-line. Female ancestors are Westholme Te-ruyoshi U37 and the Japanese Yoshie, which was classified grade A5 in the Japanese evalua-tion scale (highest rating score for carcass grade). On the mother side appears the gandsire Hirashige-Tayasu, a famous member of the Kedaka-line. Thus Itohira combines the Fujiyoshi and the Kedaka bloodline.Itohira has excellent feet and legs and typical Wagyu proportions. Itohira got top grades 8-8-8 (muscling - type- sceletton) when he was inspected for breeding. When the bull was slaugh-tered, his carcass had an excellent beef quality and marbling (BMS 8+).

Michifuru stammt von dem wohl bekanntesten Importbullen der Tajima- Linie ab. Sein Vater Michi-fuku steht für Marmorierung und Rib-Eye Fläche.Michifurus Mutter ist eine Tochter von Fukutsuru 068, ebenfalls aus der Tajima-Linie mit dem jah-relang höchsten Zuchtwert für Marmorierung. Der Bulle stammt aus einem Embryo von der bekannten BR2 Farm in den USA. Michifuru gehört zu den besten 20 % aller auf Marmorierung getesteten Tiere.

His sire Michifuku stands for marbling and rib-eye muscle area.Michifurus mother is a Fukutsuru 068-daughter, also from the Tajima-line with the highest breeding value for marbling for many years.
