RATING THE SCORING GUIDE
Directions: please rank the elements on the scoring guide from most to least important. If you think an element is the MOST IMPORTANT, place a 1 next to that
element. If you think an element is the LEAST IMPORTANT, place a 6 next to it. All the others will fall somewhere in between. Please rank them from 1 to 6.
