For the development of a modern transport network and to link ECO settlements withneighboring cities we propose to use several types of environmentally friendly modes oftransport, which also have a significant impact on the development of the area and will takeadvantage due to their location and thus considerable influx of tourists.

MotorMotor transporttransport

In ECO-settlements mostly car models with electric engines will be used. The roads must haveinternational standards and, if necessary, will be reconstructed to link ECO-settlements withdistrict centers. Electric cars are driven by electric engines, that operate with replaceablebatteries.

The main advantage of electric vehicles over conventional oil products - is the lack of exhaustgases, adversely affecting the ecological environment of our planet (in particular, the progressionof global warming).

This type of transport can significantly reduce urban air pollution.

Electric motors produce less noise than internal combustion engines and are the best indicatorsof efficiency (90-95% vs. 20-60%), they quickly start and stop.

With the capacity of modern batteries one can travel relatively long distances, i.e. withoutrecharging up to 1000 km. The time to recharge is usually equal to several hours (if you usehousehold electrical outlet).

Large manufacturers such as Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Opel, Ford, Toyota, Citroën, Honda andothers have either started or will start soon their release.

String String transporttransport

In the absence of railways near to ECO-settlements may be associated with the nearest district orprovincial towns with a string transport. String transport Yunitskogo (StU) is a new generation ofvehicles. In 32 years of work STU invested more than $ 3 billion USD and more than 1.000 man-years of highly skilled workers. The uniqueness of the technical and economic characteristics of anumber of transport facilities is a revolutionary change in logistics, transport rate and theimprovement of comfort for the passengers. The energy intensity at STU is 5-10 times lower thanin road and rail traffic and in high-speed trains and 10-15 times lower in magnetic levitationsystems and air transport. In essence, an "air station" will be 20-30 times cheaper thanUnderground. The gauge STU can be built with spans between supports of 30 to 50 meters at 1-2kilometers in length and can overcome the obstacles through swamps, sand, water, mountains,taiga, tundra and permafrost. The lifetime of the structure is over 50 years. In winter no cleaningof the structure of snow and ice is needed and in summer, no repairs. The STU transport system isunique in the construction and operation phases. Therefore, the operating costs at STU in theirentirety are 3-5 times lower as is comparison to conventional vehicles and the average paybacktime is 2 to 5 years. STU is resistant to all adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, fog, hail,ice, gusty wind, freezing to -70 ° C to +60 ° C heat, etc.), natural disasters (earthquakes, floods).

The STU-system being tested and meets the Russian SNIP and GOST and are protected by Russian and international patents. Major components and assemblies of the system are certified in accordance with Russian law. These advantages allow a short period of implementation (about 2 -3 years from the date of the financing) for any particular project having a load capacity on the secondary routes to 25 tys.pa.

The great advantage of STU for the development of the domestic economy, the Russianproduction with raw materials, advanced technology and innovative design solutions with thecreating of new jobs.

STU fully complies with the Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation until 2030.

In November 2009 STU held hearings in the Council of Federation Commission on NaturalMonopolies, in which it was decided to support a string of transport and its integration into theRussian economy. At the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council for the development ofinnovations in transportation, which took place on 24.11.2009 in Ulyanovsk, under the leadershipof the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, the decision was made to establishin Ulyanovsk a certification and demonstration facility for STU.

STU, in general, received the personal support of the Russian President. Analogue string transportsystems are existing anywhere in the world.

Today, dozens of positive reports for STU, 2 of the UN and 11 as the business decisions of theMinister of Transport of the European Union make statements about the possibility STU to beplaced as a basic high-speed transportation in the development of the 2nd and 9th planningcycle.

INFRASTRUCTURE HANGING STU

Infrastructure includes stations for passengers and terminals for loading and unloading of goods, servicegarages, parks (depot), service stations, located on the "second level", together with turnouts, control systems,power supply and communications.

Switches are located in the stations, railway stations, freight terminals, depots and, if necessary, on the trackon special anchor piers. Due to the rise of track structure on the "second tier" (10-20 m and more) and "thirdlevel" (50-100 m and more), there are possibilities for the device of stations and terminals.

With a more favorable operating rail car the need for garages and service stations compared with traditionalvehicles are reduced. Compactness of the outboard yunibusov (yunikarov) can reduce the size and,consequently, the cost of passenger stations, stations, terminals, service station and the length of the platformsare 5-10 times compared to conventional rail infrastructure facilities without reducing their capacity.

But these methods are still about 100 years ago, as Nikola Tesla demonstrated, require further development,which would enable the future establishment of global and local communication system and power on OneConductor lines, combined with a new track structure.

High-speed transport of the "second" and "third" level on the basis of string technology will bring to the 21st isnot smaller changes in the economy and people's lives, including the structure of their settlement andresidence.

Transportation on waters

For passenger transport on the waters A/S "IVOLGA" (WIG) should also be used as well as forriver walks, guided tours and the organization of fishing. The “winged IVOLGA” is an amphibiousvehicle. It has been designed for cargo and passanger transport in coastal and inland watersincluding ice-covered regions as well as under off-road conditions and snow.

It can land independently and without the use of polders and go to water again with pitch to 10degrees.

The next model "Ivolga Ek-27" weighs up to 6700 kg with a cruising range of up to 1200 km at acruising speed of 180 km / h.

The proximity of the lower construction of the vehicle to ground and its aerodynamic shaperesults an air flow so that it slides on a layer of air with no ground contact and thereby consumingsignificantly less fuel than other vehicles.

A/S "Ivolga" has no problems with bases like unequipped shores, in the yacht clubs and ports.

For basing the berths they have standard connectors to connect to shore power sources androutes refueling and water.

To improve the orientation at berths there are standard connectors for energy sources andstorage of fuels at waterside and on shore.

Small passengers require special airships: Quiet and spacious cabins, large windows for excellentviews as well as VIP rooms.

Naturally, such airship are filled with helium and not with hydrogen as it was done in ancienttimes. In total, an airship can accommodate just 14 passengers and two crew members.

As an special service for passengers we can offer, in addition, all the amenities of a bird's eye viewand organize festivals, corporate parties, birthdays and weddings aboard the airship.
