Important ReminderImportant Reminder• If a person is not registered, they may go to

City/Town Hall and vote a ballot for President/Vice President on Nov. 6.

• Check with the Board of Canvassers because a few communities are using a location different than City or Town Hall.

• If a voter is unsure if they are actually registered, they should go there to vote.

• If they vote a provisional ballot and aren’t actually registered, the ballot will be completely disqualified.

• Poll book will say “Affirmation Required”

• The voter completes a pink Voter Affirmation form before completing a ballot application.

• Make sure their address has not changed.

• Have Supervisors check the “Affirmation Card Completed Box” on the ballot application.

• These voters are entitled to vote a regular ballot.

• In the morning, make sure you plug-in Eagle and check the ballot boxes.

• 4 pollworkers must sign the zero tape.

• During the day, have the voter immediately pull out any rejected ballots.

• If the Eagle is using a lot of paper due to ballot errors, use your judgment as to whether to call to have the paper roll changed.

• If the Eagle ballot box needs to be swapped during the day, don’t forget to also empty the full one when you close the poll.

• In the morning, make sure the AutoMark is turned on.

• Call Tech Support with any problems (phone # is on yellow ink cartridge installation instructions).
