(Spanish Interpretation provided) This is a great time to meet other parents and get involved in the College View Community!! We have exciting things in the works, don’t miss out! Coats & Winter Wear Drive Happening Now!! (receiving donations until 10/19) We are currently collecting winter items to give back directly to students and parents at DSST College View and the greater community. What are we looking for coats, blankets, mittens, hats, scarfs and winter boots. You are wel- come to drop any items at the Middle School front office. Thank you all for your donations! A reminder on Attendance Policy Do you have extra uniforms (polos, sweatshirts, pants or shoes) that your student has grown out of? Your gently- used uniforms could assist a fellow Wolf and could be added to our loaner uniform collection at school. These uniforms help all students meet our dress code expectations on a daily ba- sis! Please bring in your uniforms to the front office if they meet the following criteria: Are gently used (no stains or tears) Are clean (we are unable to wash large amount of uniforms) Our staff and students greatly appreci- ate your donation. Further, if you are interested in purchasing a new uniform pack for a family, please call Aly Yanez at 303 524 6320. Donate your gently-used uniforms! In the event of a necessary absence, a parent/guardian must call the attend- ance line (303 524 6320, option 2) and report the absence by 8:00 a.m. More than 15 absences within a school year will result in academic and/or dis- ciplinary consequences For the 18-19 school year, our goal is to have 96% of students present on a daily basis. Please help us to achieve this goal, and in doing so, ensure that our stu- dents are successful and caught up at school!
