February at last! The peak of ski season! Time for great Michigan skiing and don't forget

that beautiful Utah powder, Wahooo! I hope you are all ready; I know I am.

A sorry note to Mike Findley: We all feel for you. Mike broke his foot last week. I think he was working out with the Derby Girls and they got a little rough. Anyway he is still going to Park City with us and has promised to set up some fun stuff for us while he is not skiing. So get ready for a great trip, and when you see Mike buy him a drink to help sooth his pain. Not in his foot, but in his head for missing the skiing. And say a prayer for Jean for having to put up with him.

Other news.......... SUPER BOWL PARTY!!! Don't forget to party at Jaison Laker’s house on Sunday February 7. If ya need info and directions, call Jason at 418-0024. I'll be there with my stuffed peppers. I hope you all will go and raise the roof!

There are more activities so read your Mogul and get the dates on your schedule. I still need some help on the movie; thanks to those who have volunteered so far, but I could use a couple more to make it complete. So please call me any time at 749-0017 if you can help out. Let's not loose this event another year.

Join the Fort Wayne Ski and Snowboarding Club and Lima Road Dentistry for a motor coach trip to Kalamazoo. Proceeds will benefit HONOR FLIGHT OF NE INDIANA. Each participant should also bring “2 cans” of food to the departure point to be donated to Community Harvest Food Bank.

Free group ski instruction from Resort for new skiers. Snow tubing is also available. Door prizes on the buses. Departure is at 7:02 am from the western part of the Coldwater Crossing parking lot. The buses will be parked about 100 yards southwest of Hobby Lobby, and just outside of Nisco and Dollar Tree stores. Return departure is 5:02 pm. Ask about the Timber Wolves program for kids 5-12.

There has been a lot of inquiry about the ski movie. Our Pres, Michael Ehle is requesting that a committee be formed to re-view the possibility of bringing back this annual event. Anyone wishing to serve on this committee is asked to contact him on ( 260 ) 657-3424 or talk with him at the next meeting on February 5.

February 27 - March 5 3 people are going on a 3-day Vancouver extension.

Round trip transportation (air from Chicago to Vancouver and scenic bus on to Whistler).

We are looking at spending the night before in Chicago. 7 nights lodging at the Tantalus Condos.

5-day lifts.

First Tracks breakfast.

Welcome reception, Mountain Lunch & Dinner Awards Banquet with 200 other Midwest skiers.

Some of us are racing.

Regular CMSC events like Pub Crawl and Apres-ski events.

We are planning some very fun activities on Wednesday like dog sledding rides and snowmobile ride up the mountain for dinner.

food and drinks. I’ve heard the Bloody Marys are quite good. The Mackenzie Lodge where
