COVID-19 Information

Commissary Information

That’s right, one large two-topping pizza for $9.00 Dollars will be delivered to your cell. AIC Housed in Special Housing or long-term disciplinary housing will be exempt from participation. There will be no restrictions on who can buy a pizza in General

Population, NCI level does not matter. No soda will be offered with this pizza, but a tumbler of ice will be given to every order.

LIMIT ONE PIZZA ORDER PER PERSON.

The toppings offered will be:

Option #1) ExtraMost Bestest pepperoni pizza

Option #2) Extra Most Hula Hawaiian pizza

Option #3) Extra most Veggie pizza

Option #4) Three Meat TREAT

General Population AIC please send your legible CD 28's (#2877) attached to a communication form to M. Vokral Mail Box #

B339, or the Recreation box in front of the Dining Room prior to April 30, 2020.

Minimum Facility AIC place your legible CD 28's (#2874) in the Activities Box in your dorm prior to April 30, 2020.

The Cost of the meal is $9.00 Insure your signature is verified on your CD28 by a Correctional Officer, as well clearly mark your option number on your request. . Pizzas will be delivered to your cell after 6:00 PM and must be consumed by noon the next

day. The pizza box must be thrown away by noon the next day as well.

Please pay close attention to the delivery dates below: Dates may change for operational needs. Any changes will be posted in

the housing units for updates. Refunds will not be given to those AIC that are unable to attend due to their own actions.

For your safety, DOC’s Agency Operations Center

(AOC) has directed all incoming and outgoing

mail be quarantined for a minimum of 24 hours

before processing.

Mailroom employees wear appropriate PPE when

caring for mailroom operations.

Additionally, local library books – those used on hous-

ing unit book shelves – will not be returned to the

bookshelf by adults in custody (AICs). Rather, library

books will be returned to a mail tub located at the

Officers’ Station.

These books will be quarantined for 24 hours before

being placed back into circulation by the AIC librarian.

Processing NSF Requests for Withdrawal forms (CD28s / CD28Ps)

Effective immediately, Business Services will no longer reprocess Requests for Withdrawal forms (CD28/CD28Ps) that have been previously returned unpro-cessed due to an AIC having non-sufficient funds (NSF) in their trust account. If an AIC will be allowed to pay for products or services after a request for with-drawal is returned NSF, the AIC will need to resubmit a

new request.

Per OAR 291 Div. 158, the Department will return any Withdrawal Request form (CD28/CD28P) if the AIC lacks sufficient funds for the requested withdrawal amount, unless the AIC is specifically authorized to incur a debt in connection with the requested withdraw-

al.

Reminders Beginning April 13, 2020, all AIC are limited to 30 line selections, per order, per week. Special Housing will continue ordering every other week with current limits. If you order more than 30 line selections, commissary will stop processing the order after 30 selections are processed from your list. Please note that all spending limits will remain the same. Envelopes, batteries, soda coupons and soup count as one item regardless of how many you order, everything

else counts as one item each.

For Example:

If you purchase 30 envelopes, that counts as 1 item.

If you purchase 15 soda coupons, that counts as 1 item.

If you purchase 8 AAA batteries, that counts as 1 item.

If you purchase 25 soups, that counts as 1 item.
