In September, Hercules released our new on-line ordering website. Since that time, hundreds of customers have taken advantage of this fast and easy alterna-tive to calling or faxing in their orders.

Placing your fi rst order is easy. Simply place items in the shopping cart and register during the checkout process, or click the “register” button on the upper right-hand corner of the homepage to start the process prior to shopping. To shop

quickly, click the “Quick Order Entry” button on the right side menu and add items by part number directly into your shopping cart. First-time visi-tors need to fi ll out a short profi le to view compa-ny discounts and inventory. For assistance withthis process, please call Gina Decaire at727-796-1300, ext. 1070.

Customers using the on-line site can now view past orders through the order history feature, along with accessing tracking and shipping cost

information on current and past orders. For those cus-tomers who preferred the old website, use the upper menu to access the same information from the for-mer Hercules site. Free cat-alogs can still be ordered or downloaded in a PDF format through the upper menu, under the “Company Literature” pull-down.
