Lord’s Supper and MCC’s Annual Congregational Meeting.

“A regular Congregational meeting (the “Annual Meeting”) shall be held inDecember each year for the purposes of: a) approving the budget for the comingyear and receiving the annual report of the Congregation for the most recentprogram year; b) electing Officers of the Congregation, members of the ChurchCouncil, Elders, and Trustees for the terms set forth in the bylaws for thoseoffices; c) conducting other business as set forth in the notice of the meeting. Allmeetings shall be conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order asRevised.”
