define a light-weight vocabulary that allows for describing the datasets and the interlinking between them (voiD – vocabulary of interlinked datasets)

make LOD dataset providers to annotate their datasets with it

use Semantic Web indexers such as sindice.com to gather the data; allows for a centralised, yet scalable ’single entry point’ to find appropriate LOD datasets for a certain task
