The inspiration from As I Pray came to me during adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. I felt compelled to offer listeners a recording with inspired words for personal prayer time. With this in mind, all texts are presented from a first-person perspective.  I wanted to incorporate many aspects of prayer: repentance, trust, surrender, petition, and praise. Here you will find songs and psalms as well as some of the oldest and richest prayers of the Catholic tradition. It is my hope that you use the instrumental interludes for reflection and to listen for God’s voice as you pray.
