WAY FORWARD

• To develop collaboration between vocational education and working life as well as entrepreneurship and learning with working life.

• To identify and assess the areas of research and development that arise in my work in collaboration with the stakeholders.

• To develop Practical vocational skills in relation to teaching and learning.

• Become an expert in application of knowledge and skills for social development.

• Understanding and management of student’s expectations.

• To develop curricular and learning environments together with working life, students and colleagues.
