3G to 2G handover:
CS inter-RAT handover successful ratio is about 98.5%
PS inter-RAT handover successful ratio increased, around 95.2%
Action to improve PS handover successful ratio:
1- Changed the 2G target threshold from 20 to 25
2- Troubleshooting for top N worst cell, rechecked and configured the inter-RAT neighbor and parameters
Plan to improve PS handover successful ratio:
1- Continue to troubleshooting worst cell
2- Adjust the HO threshold to reduce to HO times, but not decrease performance

Complaint troubleshooting:
Quay 153 Cho Sat Pham Hung Thoi HBSignal is not so good although there is one site nearby, as it
is too deep in the building
Solution:1- check and adjust the site HPG_LCN_CHO_SAT direct to thebuilding, but it is still not so good
2- adjust HPG_HBG_NGUYEN_THAI_HOC_1800, as 900cover import area, so only 1800 can be adjustedPlan to finish: Feb28

Complaint troubleshooting:
145 PhCm Gia Vin NQFast connection speed is low, 3G signal is
weak, camp on 2G most time
Solution:1- lock 3G only, data throughput is higher,but 3G signal still low
2- two new 3G site nearby are not on air,will check again after the two sites on air

Subscriber complaint:
Totally checked 10 customer complaint area, 8 of them is about the weak coverage, the reason is that
the area far is from the site
Bad performance in two cell of HPG_HBG_THUONG_LY
After upgrade to double carrier, the performance is bad in second carrier, but no alarm, last week HQ
analyzed the log and found the problem caused by the fault WBBP, replaced the board, the
performance become normal

Weak indoor coverage, need on air new site ASAP
Many complains these days, and most of them is about weak coverage, especially indoor
Solution: On air the new site or expansion site ASAP (lack of transmission currently)
Many new site still not yet no air as transmission not ready or special antenna not ready Add new site for the area with high traffic but no site nearby
Some area high traffic, but no site nearby, need add new site (repeater can be the temporary solution, but iinterference and difficult to do troubleshooting later)
