velopment, consultancy, design and construc-

Looking back into China’s recent devel-

opment, we cannot feel prouder of having wit-

nessed and contributed to this amazing coun-

try’s success. Starting from scratch and humble

in expectations, VMC Constructions grew from a

small interior fi tting out company into a consol-

idated fi rm that 10 years later provides profes-

sional design, construction and consulting ser-

vices, in diverse areas, both in Chinese market

and overseas.

VMC Constructions holds nowadays local De-

sign and Construction national level qualifi ca-

tions, and although registered as a fully owned

Chinese company,we provide international lev-

el construction teams, management and over-

sight.

These combined value propositions have led

us to collect several national awards and rec-

ognitions. With international presence, several

hundreds of thousands of sqm in Grade A offi ce

space for some Fortune 500 companies, and

1st registered LEED Platinum Hospitality Pro-

ject in China, we are now facing a new, much

“greener” and bigger scale side of business.

Pushing for sustainability goes beyond a state-

and fi tting out with contemporary design detail-

ing and a superb level of fi ttings, fi nishes and

furniture. New mechanical and electrical servic-

es design and installation, with particular atten-

tion to lighting.

The Business Lounge is a new product with-

in the Regus portfolio offering customers use of

a private workspace within Business Centres,

high street locations, airports and other trans-

Shanghai Disney ResortAdm. Building迪士尼行政楼

华特迪士尼乐园计划在2015年12月完成其上

海乐园一期项目。届时，它将变幻为一个魔力王

国，即：上海迪士尼乐园，一个主游乐区，2个主

题酒店，娱乐设施一应俱全，一面湖泊及相关停

车区域和交通枢纽。

让我们引以为荣的是，威盟斯即将为

上海迪士尼度假区行政楼实施内装修工程。行政

楼是一栋三层建筑，总面积约10000平方米，供

迪士尼乐园园区管理和运营团队使用。

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts plans to

complete Phase I of the new Shanghai Disney

Resort in December 2015, which will feature

a Magic Kingdom style park, Shanghai Disney-

land Park, an entertainment district, two (2)

themed hotels, recreational facilities, a lake

and associated parking and transportation

hubs.

VMC Constructions is proudly carrying out

soon the fi tting-out work for the new Shang-

hai Disney Resort Administrative Building. The

modern building will be three stories tall, for a

total 10,000 sqm facilities, which will be serv-

ing the amusement park management and op-

eration team needs.

VMC CONSTRUCTIONS successful-

ly carried out several prestigious pavilions

at Shanghai 2010 World Expo. Acting as

a General Contractor, Design or fi tting out

company, the company was able to coor-

dinate the erection of various EXPO Pavil-

ion projects simultaneously, thanks to its

long term partnership with some of the big-

gest construction companies and construction

materials suppliers in China. From

investment and development to

design, construction, operations and mainte-

nance, VMC constructions is committed to pro-

vide the best quality work in all these areas. All

Expo pavilions where VMC CONSTRUCTIOS was

involved were delivered on schedule and within

budget.

Venezuela Pavillion委内瑞拉馆

世博会委内瑞拉馆进园区较晚，因此工期很

紧，然而，威盟斯建筑工程公司在创纪录的90天

时间内完全结束了3000平方米建筑的土建施工。

展馆内使用的照明几乎全部为LED节能灯。

委内瑞拉展馆有着“莫比乌斯带”状

的几何外形，近似一个反转的柱体，结构呈8字

形。

The Venezuela Pavilion was the last to start

the construction. Yet with VMC CONSTRUC-

TIONS as General Contractor, the civil construc-

tion of the 3000 sqm building was completely

fi nished in a record time of less than 90 days.

Almost all of the lighting used in the pavilion are

energy saving LED lights .

The Venezuela Pavilion is in the geometric

shape of a “Mobius strip,” or an inverted cylin-

der. It is structured in the form of an “8“.

展馆象一个沙丘。一侧粗糙有织纹，承受全

部风力；另一侧光滑。北立面较多孔，允许自然

光进入；南立面有坚固的正面，以尽量减少日光

吸收。不锈钢外壳经处理后显出金色，包住宝石

状的壳体。复合结构为不锈钢平面板制成的三角

格子，由可调节的节点连接；这一设计是为了使

得展馆可以在现场拆卸，并且能快速、经济地进

行施工。顶点升至20米高度，可由展馆基底的光

滑唇缘进入。

展馆设计灵感取自沙丘造型。沙丘是典型的

沙漠景观，是阿联酋各个国家共有的典型地貌特

征。

UAE Pavillion阿联酋馆

Like a sand dune, that appears rough and

textured on the side that bears the full force

of the wind and smooth on the other side. The

northern elevation is more porous to admit nat-

ural light, while the southern elevation has a

solid façade, to minimize solar gain.

A stainless steel skin, treated to

appear golden, encloses the jewel like shell.

The complex structure is a triangulated lat-

tice of fl at stainless steel panels, joined by ad-

justable nodes, which are designed to ena-

ble the pavilion to be demounted on site and

constructed quickly and economically. The peak

rises to 20 meters in height and it is entered via

a glazed lip at the pavilion’s base.

Drawing inspiration from the form of a sand

dune, the pavilion is a reference to this symbolic

feature of the desert landscape shared by each

of the seven Emirates.

摩洛哥展馆的设计灵感来自传统的摩洛哥房

屋“利雅得”。利雅得的房间布置围绕中心露天

庭院。利雅得向内会聚，考虑到了家庭私密，并

能防范风吹日晒。这一向内会聚表现为：大多数

花园和庭院的中心定位，外墙不设置大窗户。

房屋入口是重要的过渡体验，引人遐思：因

为所有房间都通向中庭空间。传统利雅得的中心

花园中有一个喷泉。利雅得的墙面装饰有zellige

瓷砖。

如图所示，威盟斯必须穿插施工，适应传统而

复杂的摩洛哥室内装修。

Morocco Pavillion摩洛哥馆

The Design of the Moroccan pa-

vilion is inspired from the traditional

Moroccan houses called the “Riad”.

The rooms of the riad are arranged around

the central open air courtyard. The riads are in-

ward focused which allowed for family privacy

and protection from the weather. This inward fo-

cus is expressed in the central location of most

of the interior gardens and courtyards and the

lack of large windows on the exterior walls.

Entrance to these houses is a major transi-

tional experience and encourag- es refl ection

because all of the rooms open into the central

atrium space. In the central garden of tradition-

al riad is a fountain. The walls of the riads are

adorned with zellige tiles.

As shown in the photos, VMC CONSTRUC-

TIONS had to work side by side and adapt to the

traditional and complicated Moroccan interiors.

西班牙馆的设计是一个手工编织的“藤条篮

子”结构，内有钢筋框架做支撑。

“篮子”（该展馆被一些人这样称呼）上覆盖

8000多块藤条板子，板子有棕色，米黄色和黑

色。

威盟斯建筑工程公司在投标过程中提供咨询服

务；最后，项目被授予我们的合作伙伴Inypsa。

在施工期间，威盟斯仍然参与其中，与不同分包

商进行工作协调和管理。

Spain Pavillion西班牙馆

The Spain Pavilion is designed to

be a hand weaved wicker basket struc-

ture supported by the steel framework

inside.

“The Basket,” as some have dubbed the pa-

vilion, is “dressed” in more than 8,000 wicker

panels in brown, beige, and black.

VMC CONSTRUCTIONS was offering consult-

ing services for construction and foundation

purposes during the bidding process which end-

ed up in the project being awarded to our part-

ner Inypsa. We were also involved during the

construction period liaising with the different

sub contractors.

highly digest its own level of sophistication.

Within this context, organizations permanently

look for the latest set of tools, aiming to surprise

their increasingly demanding audiences.

VMC Constructions has been always con-

scious of its importance, as well as willful to un-

dertake such an exciting and complex challenge.

Following this line of thinking, many different so-

lution implementations along these years fi nal-

ly made us accept the project Ultraviolet by PP.

Its extreme combination of unique high tech-

nological features prepared us for an exclusive

market, were profi ciency on design, creative-

ness, procurement and execution has only room

for a few highly adaptable fi rms. We cannot be

readier.50

- 只有1张餐桌，供10人就餐。

厅只有其本身，饰以灯光、音响、气味、图像、

想象、场景和食物。

挑战：整个项目难点在于将互相冲突的部分以

科技手段互相融合。，寓科技于无形，寓复杂于

简易，家具和整个系统的创新搭配史无前例。

Ultraviolet 雅德餐厅

Ultraviolet is the fi rst restaurant of its kind

attempting to unite food with multi-sensorial

technologies in order to create a fully immersive

dining experience

- A single table of ten seats only

- No décor, no artifacts, no paintings, no

views. Ultraviolet’s dining room is ascetic by na-

ture, dressed up by lights, sounds, smells, imag-

es, imagination, scenarios… and food.

The entire diffi culty of the project was to rec-

oncile confl icting technologies, to keep them in-

visible and to simply drive complexity, once eve-

ry piece of furniture and system being prototype

B&Q. VIVIVD HOMES 百安居唯家体验馆

As part of our will for continuous innova-

tion, we accepted the big challenge of coming

up with a revolutionary next step in retail busi-

ness. B&Q’s new concept, VIVID, supposes a

breakthrough within the traditional home décor

business while bringing a totally interactive ex-

perience to their customers. The journey drives

them through a process where they select ma-

terials/appliances for living spaces. These data

gets registered in the card through a 35 room

set interactive system all over the store with

touch screens, computers and projectors. The

experience ends up in "cave", were surprised

customers see a 3D recreation, result of their

choices.

的互动体验。体验旅程带领顾客挑选、规划他们

providing personalized and humanistic service in

hotel service industries. In order to meet people's

growing demand and spiritual needs, and to

create a better and more comfortable environment

of entertainment, accommodation, and recrea-

tion, construction companies have to set a high-

er demand for top-ranked hotels and villas, which

makes a paramount contribution to the improvement

of the regional investment environment and urban

economic construction.

Naked Stables Eco-Resort is a 5 star exclusive

development in a protected nature reserve, which has already

become an icon in top-quality tourism in China. Luxury accommo-

dation within the complex is ensured by a layout of spacious tree

top villas and single bedroom earth huts.

The project has been recently registered as the 2nd LEED

Platinum Hotel in Asia.

The residential area spreads across a broad, se-

cluded valley in the foothills of Moganshan, and repre-

sents a milestone towards top quality hospitality stand-

ards. Naked Stables has quickly become one of the most

requested eco-touristic destinations in the country.

裸心谷是国内绝无仅有的一家5星级生态度假酒店，坐落于莫干

山自然保护区内，已成为中国高端旅游的标志。宽敞的别墅和有单

人床的地面茅屋环绕着这座豪华处所，掩映在莫干山令人赞叹的青

翠竹林中。该项目近期已成为亚洲第二、中国第一的LEED白金认证

酒店，成为威盟斯努力践行绿色建筑的代表作，预示着我们未来业

务的主要方向。

裸心谷横跨宽阔的、几乎与外界隔绝的莫干山山谷地区，一经

建成，即成为高端旅游的里程碑和中国最受欢迎的生态旅游目的地

Casablanca Hotel represented a unique oppor-

tunity to blend VMC CONSTRUCTIONS design

& building capabilities in a single project, in a

challenging and ambitious proposal.

East & West fl avors met today’s modern de-

sign, yet to maintain a touch of classical and au-

thentic Arabic & European taste. The fi rm en-

gaged several designers from different schools

and cultural backgrounds (Spain, Malaysia, Chi-

na, Australia and Middle East) to deliver this de-

sign proposal for this tender.

卡萨布兰卡酒店，让威盟斯的设计施

工能力在一个单独项目中完美展现，是一

次充满挑战的，大胆而成功的尝试。

东西方流派在现代设计中彼此相遇，

阿拉伯和欧洲的古典品味也得到传承。业

Universidad Complutense de Madrid in order to

create “General Domotictm” on our pursue for
