Vážení zákazníci,přečtěte si prosím pečlivě následující informace, ve kterých naleznete pravidla a postup pro schvalování vizualizací, důležitá technická omezení a upozornění. V případě dotazů se prosím obraťte na svého obchodního zástupce nebo produkčního.

Pravidla schvalování vizualizace:Odběratel je povinen zkontrolovat veškeré texty včetně diakritiky, umístění, velikosti, barev a úplnost návrhu. Při zpracování dodaných podkladů může dojít ke změnám diakritiky, fontů nebo i grafického návrhu jako takového.Odběratel odpovídá za schválenou vizualizaci. Dodavatel nenese odpovědnost za chyby či nedostatky schválené odběratelem ve vizualizaci. Reklamace výrobku, vytvořeného dle schváleného návrhu, nemůžeme uznat.Odběratel schválí vizualizaci zasláním souhlasu a přiložením odsouhlasené vizualizace v příloze e-mailem. Veškeré výrobní termíny počínají běžet až okamžikem takto schválené vizualizace. Byla-li vystavena záloha, pak také po přijetí zálohové platby.Závazná barevnost je definovaná v korektuře pod titulkem „barevnost“ Pantone barvami nebo CMYKovým rozkladem. Barvy na monitoru nemusí odpovídat skutečnosti, proto vždy pečlivě zkontrolujte uvedené názvy barev. Dodavatel nenese odpovědnost za odchylku barevnosti náhledu korektury na monitoru a na dodaném produktu. Barevnost nemusí u některých technologií 100% odpovídat definovaným barvám. Barevná odchylka je specifikovaná níže v odstavci „technická upozornění“ a též na našem webu.Odběratel odpovídá za podklady předané dodavateli a za jejich bezzávadnost z pohledu práv třetích osob (zejména autorské či průmyslové právo). V případě uplatnění práv jakékoliv třetí osoby vůči dodavateli se odběratel zavazuje bezodkladně předat veškeré dokumenty a informace nezbytné k úspěšnému vedení sporu s třetí osobou a také hradit dodavateli veškeré účelně vynaložené náklady, které sporem s třetí osobou dodavateli vzniknou.Vizualizace a její zpracovaní nahrazuje veškerá předchozí zadaní klienta a dodané podklady. Ostatní zde neuvedené postupy a odpovědnosti se řídí Všeobecnými obchodními podmínkami iNET Solutions s.r.o.

Technická upozornění:Kdy nelze dodržet přesné barvy:Při tisku speciálními tiskovými efekty na textil. Barevné odchylky jsou uvedené u jednotlivých efektů na našem webu.Při CMYK tisku na textil. Barvy mohou být mírně ovlivněny barvou textilu, pro přesnou barevnost využijte Pantone vzorník.Při tisku na barevný podklad u papírových a igelitových tašek, reklamních předmětů a textilu může mít tisk odchylku i o jeden stupeň. Při požadavku na barevnou přesnost je možné dražší vícenásobný podtisk bílou barvou. Doporučujeme výrobu vzorku.Při převodu mezi barevnými modely CMYK/Pantone je vždy automaticky vybrána nejbližší barva. Odstín však nemusí přesně odpovídat. Doporučujeme proto dodat podklady v barevném modelu vhodným pro zvolenou technologii. V opačném případě barevnost nemusí souhlasit. RGB model pro tisk nedoporučujeme v datech používat, při převodu dochází k velkým odchylkám, ze které nelze přebrat odpovědnost.

Přesnost umístění potisku:Přesné umístění motivu u tisku na textil (např. vzdálenost od lemu rukávu) lze zajistit pokuď jsou součástí vizualizace kóty. Bez kót je umístění motivu pouze orientační. Požadujete-li přesné umístění, zašlete parametry produkčnímu nebo obchodnímu zástupci. I s definovanými kótami si vyhrazujeme tolerovanou odchylku umístění v rozsahu plus mínus 15 mm.

Rizika snížené kvality potisku:Při potisku na papírové tašky doporučujeme potisk umístit výhradně do vyznačených částí v maketě papírové tašky. Mimo tyto plochy lze tisknout, ale jedná se o místa ohybů tašek a hrozí vysoké riziko poškození potisku. Poškození potisku mimo vyznačené plochy nelze reklamovat!Při potisku nástěnných kalendářů, pokud vynecháte zpětné zabalení, může být potisk poškozen manipulací. Vynecháte-li dobrovolně zpětné zabalení kalendářů, nelze poškození tisku reklamovat.

Dear Customers,Please carefully read the following information, in which you will find the rules and procedure for the approval of visualizations, important technical restrictions and notices. In case of questions, please contact your sales representative or production representative.

Rules for Approval of Visualizations:The customer is obligated to check all texts including accent symbols, placement, size, colors and completeness of the draft design. When processing submitted supporting documents, changes can occur in accent symbols, fonts or even the graphic design as such. The customer is liable for the approved visualization. The provider bears no liability for errors or deficiencies approved by the customer in the visualization. We cannot acknowledge a warranty claim on a product created according to an approved draft design.The customer approves the visualization by sending consent and attaching the approved visualization as an attachment by email. No production deadlines commence until the moment of such approved visualization. If an advance has been issued, then also not until the receipt of the advance payment.Binding coloring is defined in the correction under the heading “coloring” with Pantone colors or a CMYK analysis. The colors on the monitor may not correspond to reality, and therefore always carefully check the given names of the colors. The provider bears no liability for any discrepancy in the coloring of the correction view on the monitor and of the delivered product. In the case of some technologies, the coloring may not correspond 100% to the defined colors. Color discrepancy is specified below in the paragraph entitled “Technical Notices”, as well as on our website.The customer is liable for the supporting documents submitted to the provider and for the soundness thereof in terms of third party rights (primarily copyright or industrial rights). In the event of the assertion of any third party rights in regard to the provider, the customer undertakes to immediately provide all documents and information necessary for the successful conducting of the dispute with the third party, as well as to compensate the provider for all reasonably expended costs that the provider incurs due to the dispute with the third party.The visualization and the processing thereof supersedes all previous instructions from the client and submitted supporting documents. Other procedures and liabilities not set out herein shall be governed by the General Terms of Business of iNET Solutions s.r.o.

Technical Notices:When precise colors cannot be met:When printing with special printing effects on textiles. Color discrepancies are stated for individual effects on our website.When doing CMYK printing on textiles. Colors may be slightly affected by the color of the textile; for exact coloring, use the Pantone sampler.When printing on a colored base in the case of paper and plastic bags, promotional materials and textiles, the print can have a discrepancy of up to one degree. When requiring color precision, it is possible to use more expensive multiple background printing with white color. We recommend having a sample produced.When converting between the CMYK/Pantone color models, the closest color is always automatically selected. However, the shade may not match exactly. We therefore recommend submitting supporting documents in a color model appropriate for the selected technology. Otherwise, the coloring may not match. We do not recommend using the RGB model in data for printing, as large discrepancies occur in conversion that we cannot assume liability for.

Precision of Printing Placement:The precise placement of the motif when printing on textiles (e.g. the distance from the sleeve hem) can be ensured if the visualization includes dimensions. Without dimensions, the placement of the motif is only indicative. If you require precise placement, send the parameters to the production or sales representative. Even with defined dimensions, we reserve a tolerated deviation in placement within a scope of plus minus 15 mm.

Risks of Reduced Print Quality: When printing on paper bags, we recommend placing the print exclusively within the indicated sections on the model of the paper bag. Printing can be done outside of such areas, but these are areas of folds in the bags and there is a high risk of damage to the print. Warranty claims cannot be submitted in regard to damage to print outside of the indicated areas!When printing wall calendars, if you omit re-wrapping, the print can be damaged during handling. If you voluntarily omit the re-wrapping of calendars, warranty claims cannot be submitted in regard to damage to the print.
