Guests of all ages can touch and groom the Nigerian dwarf goats, located in Village WaTuTu. Tennity Hospital and Conservation Center During normal park hours guests can view medical exams, the facility, and learn about animal care stories from volunteers. Discovery Center This interactive, indoor space gives children and guests a closer look at the unique environment of our local Coachella Valley. Model Train Exhibit Our G-scale model train exhibit sits on ¾ of an acre, has 3,300 feet of track, and offers unique views such as the Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountains, and even Old Indio. Desert Plant Conservation Center We invite guests to explore and experience many of the plants they know and love from the park’s gardens and desert ecosystem. Hiking and Nature Trails (October 1 - May 31) Discover the untouched beauty of The Living Desert’s nature preserve. Three trail options are available to suit all levels. Trail map on reverse.
