With these developments we are able to offer not only a significant reduction in energy consumption and noise levels but also it is possible to maintain an extremely clean work place. The food packaging market is becoming more and more demanding hence the S P E C I A L heat and diverted to other functions, such as barrel heater heating. This 1,150 tonnes clamp force machine is equipped with 2 injection units and a rotary table mounted on the moving platen.This machine is just one example of the extensive range of multi material machines that we offer in varying configurations with 2, 3 and 4 injection units.Due to the modular design of BMB machines we can readily accommodate our customers wishes to suit any mould layout. This cell will demonstrate a 2 cavities container with a solid colour and 4 transparent sides.The product has a total weight of 480 grammes, mould produced by SCS-Italy.

Again from our Pi packaging series, this 400 tonnes clamp force full electric machine will be at the heart of this cell.

This cell will demonstrate a 6 cavities 300 ml tub with a product weight of 5.2 grammes and therefore a total shot weight of 31.2 grammes.

The cell incorporates a Robot and IML system and the total cycle time will be 3.2 seconds.

Mould and Robot/IML system both supplied by Müller-Switzerland.

The centre piece of our smallest production cell is a 160 tonnes full electric machine.

This machine is designated as “Pi” that signifies that it is from our series dedicated to the production of fast cycling, thin wall products.

This cell will demonstrate a 4 cavities 155 ml food container with a product weight of 6.2 grammes and therefore total shot weight of 24.8 grammes.

The cell incorporates a Robot and IML system and the total cycle time will be 3.00 sec. Mould supplied by Otto Hofstetter-Switzerland. Robot and IML system supplied by Polymac-The Netherlands.

Remote assistance allows diagnosis and interventions on the injection molding machines control system. Communication with eKW Series machines uses a network connection via TCP / IP software installed on the PC that will communicate with the machine.

In moulding departments this means information accessibility in “real time” on the machine movements and performance with the possibility of intervening if necessary on the working parameters and modify them instantly.

Monitoring the moulding parameters centrally, you can get details on the machines operation, control its performance, receive sms or e-mail on your smartphone in case of alarm, with detailed description of these anomalies.

Acquiring the production data for each shot, at a central level, it is possible to meet the ISO standards, related to the quality and traceability of each piece control, produced by the machine, which is critical not only for the pharmaceutical and food sectors, but currently for each application area.
