How to apply for MCC Membership

Visit the MCC website (www.metricschampion.org) and click on

Join MCC at the top of the page. CLICK HERE

Once you have completed this form, you will receive a

confirmation email with a link to FORM #2. You will select the

level of membership and payment options on FORM #2.

Please note the MCC Membership

Application is in TWO parts. This is FORM #1.

FORM #1: To create an ORGANIZATION account please fill

out the following form

You will need this log in information later so please

keep it written down.

This page will come up after you complete your application.

You can use this link to log on to your account. Please note that you will not be able to access

any workgroup pages until your membership is complete.

This is the acknowledgement email you will receive after you have submitted your membership application form.

Please follow these instructions to complete your membership

After receiving confirmation email with instructions, you

will need to log into your organization’s account.

Please use the Log In Name and Password you set up for your

ORGANIZATION.

After logging in, scroll down and click on

MY MEMBERSHIP

From here you will click on COMPLETE MY MEMBERSHIP

You can also view FAQ Documents that may help with

additional issues

On this page please select your company size and membership

level then click SUBMIT

If you want more information about

Member and Leadership benefits click here and

you will be sent to a page that gives that

information.

On this page you will be asked for your payment information. Please follow the steps

2. If you would like for us to send you an invoice so you can pay by check, please click on the checkbox and hit SUBMIT (step 4) at the bottom of the page.

If you paid by credit card you will receive instant access to the MCC website and workgroups.

If you requested to receive an invoice, a request will immediately be sent out to our billing department that an invoice be sent. NOTE: The contact information you have given on your

membership application is where your invoice will be sent to.

Once we have received your payment you will receive an email from the MCC confirming receipt of payment and information on how your colleagues to sign up for their individual member accounts.
