Generating your first Report

This is a short guide on how to generate your first report.

1. Getting started

> Log in at https://portal.visionslive.com (if you can't remember your password use forgotten

password link – remember to check junk/spam boxes).

2. Choosing your project

> Once you are in your account, please select the project from which you which to generate

your report. You can see now, through the “All activities completed”, text that your

session has been completed.

3. Generating your report

> Having selected your project, please select the “Reports” option on the dashboard page.

> From the reports page you can view the respondent and observer chat. These can be

downloaded by selecting the “Download” icon to the right of the chat.

> Once you have downloaded this chat, this will be exported as an HTML file.

> Pictures that were uploaded and used within the session can be viewed by selecting the

“Snaphots” icon from the reports page.

> From this page each slide will be available to view. All markings that were made when in the

live session are visible, and you can select the slide to view it in more detail.

> From this page you can scroll between slides by selecting “prev” and “next” options.

> By selecting the “Download all” option on this page all media that was used in the session

can be downloaded. These will come in a zip file, and the files will be as jpgs.

> The results of any polls that were run during the session can be accessed by clicking the

“Polls” icon on the reports page.

> From this page every poll is able to be viewed

> Click on the individual polls to see the results, or you can download them into an Excel

document by clicking on the download button on the top right.
