SHORTLISTING: The three statements receiving the lowest votes from children and staff combined will be discounted from the remainder of the process.

FINAL RESULT: The statement of those remaining after shortlisting with the highest combined score will be adopted as the school’s ethos statement and published within the school and on the website, school stationery etc. In the event that there is a tie there will be a second shortlisting process, which may involve combining he best ideas and the outcome of this will be the final result.
