His research and writing focuses on international students, massive open online courses and publicly engaged scholarship.

Dr. Jason LynchAdjunct Faculty, Darden College of Education Old Dominion UniversityDr. Lynch is an alumni of the Old Dominion University Higher Education program. His research centers on well-being in education, specifically focusing on the impact of traumatic stress in educational contexts.

Revisiting NIRSA & MSL through Action Research FrameworkDaniel Gardner, Assistant Director of Sport ClubsThe College William & MaryThis session will present and summarize the findings of Dr. John Dugan’s 2014 Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership, which focused on sport club leadership development initiatives. The speaker will also present the research design and findings of a William & Mary action research project that utilized Dugan’s “Translation to Practice” recommendations.
