We were hired by the Govt of Jordan body National

Company for Development of Housing for developing a

model for extending finance for affordable housing,

and refinancing the same using capital market funding.

We developed a comprehensive report , and a highly

innovat ive model for government - par t icipat ion in

affordable housing.

We were part of Working Group formulated by NHB,

for bringing in covered bonds regulations and

development of secondary mortgage market in India.

We were engaged as consultants by SMF Indonesia for

their maiden issue of covered bonds and for

structuring securitization transaction in Indonesia.

We have advised leading financial institution on

interesting structured credit products.

We have trained executives all over the world on credit

derivative and structured credit trading.

We have had a yearlong continuing project-related

training assignment with Royal Bank of Scotland’s India
