Vinita Bimbhet is the National President of FLO, the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. FICCI is the largest and oldest apex business organization in India. Its members are leaders in the corporate sector, representing 2,50,000 companies. It is key in influencing and shaping business policy and articulating the voice of the private sector. She has been working towards women empowerment for the last fifteen years and was also instrumental in setting up of the FLO Mumbai Chapter in 2002. She has led their initiatives for empowering women by building sanitation facilities for schools in rural Mahrashtra. This initiative was launched in 2011 and has seen the successful completion of over 250 toilets. She launched the “Roti Project” which provided vitamin fortified Indian bread to school children for whom this was probably the only meal. This was done in partnership with HUL's Annapoorna brand of flour and most importantly it also provided alternate employment to women. Founder Director of GIW (Grameen Initiative for Women) a section 25 not for Profit Company, which is actively involved in supporting the “Education of the girl child” by providing sanitation facilities for schools and also providing girl student’s cycles, computers and other support which encourage them to continue their education. Vinita is Promoter and Director in The India Art Investment Company, a specialist art firm offering diverse services to art collectors who are building new modern or pedigreed collections. Also in an effort to provide employment to crafts people and to revive Indian and Tribal Art, The India Art Investment Company with its Made in India initiative is supporting craftsmen across the country and has successfully created several innovative products and received support from several corporate houses, companies and other enterprises pan India and overseas. She also sits on the Council for Advancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology, under the aegis of the Ministry of Rural Development. Vinita is widely travelled, in her business capacity, and as a speaker in conferences in India and overseas.

Archana Garodia Gupta is the Imm. Past President of FLO, the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry in 2015. Archana has been working in the sphere of women’s development since the last two decades. As the premier women’s business organization in the country, FLO has

influenced National and State level policy regarding Women in Business. FLO has 13 branches Nationwide. FLO also directly helps women through training and development. In addition to her role at FICCI, she has been a key board member of a local women’s organization, the Noida Women Entrepreneurs Association for the last 17 years to create equal opportunity for women, and helped promote women’s industrial parks and other women friendly policies. Archana qualified with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, in the top 5% of her class with a merit scholarship. She is one of the world’s leading quizzers. In 2001, she was the declared “Champion of Champions”, by BBC Mastermind in India and in 2014 was on the “Triguni” expert panel of Kaun Banega Crorepati ( Who wants to be a Millionnaire) for many episodes. In her business sphere, Archana Garodia Gupta owns and runs an exceptionally successful gems and jewellery business, which is a pioneer of Indian costume jewellery that caters to the growing middle class in India. Touchstone has a Pan Indian retail presence, and also exports, primarily to USA and Europe. Archana is widely travelled, both in her business capacity, and as a speaker in International conferences. She writes on history, women’s empowerment, retail, and culture for magazines and newspapers. She speaks many languages.

Rashmi Sarita is currently the Executive Director, FICCI Ladies Organization. She brings along 13 years of rich experience across various sectors and verticals of the economy that covers intellectual property rights, science and technology, innovation and R&D, homeland security, Private security industry, and geospatial technologies, among others. In FICCI, she has been involved with policy and regulatory issues in different economy verticals. Rashmi has been responsible for conceptualizing the concept of “safe and secure nation” in FICCI, and in providing key inputs to amendments of the PSAR Act 2005 and in putting forward the demands for amendments in the Public Procurement Bill and Public Funded R&D bill. She has engaged government’s attention in the creation of Standards for Security at Public particularity in connection with the internal security of the country. She was also engaged with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Department of Policy and Promotion (DIPP), GOI to get India off the 301 list by spreading IPR awareness in India. She has represented FICCI at various national and international forums and executed Euro- India Projects successfully.
