Welcome to Villa Aerides in Skiathos Island Leaving port behind, you drive to the ring road of the city and in 50m you turn right the way to the monastery of Evaggelistria and in about 600 m you will see a natural balcony with a 260 degrees panoramic view of 7Skiathos Town were Villa Aerides is located.

the area is quiet ,few houses around with olives trees between them ,two very nice taverns only 10 minutes easy walking ,Anatoli and Agnadio with Greek menu the first, European the second.

Villa AEIDES is set in its own garden of 8.000sqm on a hillside amongst olive and fruit trees, offers stunning views, large terraces, garden with trees flowers ,a fisg pond with giolden fishes and lillys , built-in BBQ and a private swimming pool 43m2 (depth 1-2m) Your privacy is very important for us as it is for you ,the villa is built on a thorough hill with olive and wild trees ,like a natural balcony well protected with a green curtain from neighbors and generally annoying eyes and also the sound of the airport. Different shade corners offer you the best observing spots with the best relaxation. The villa can accommodate up to 10 persons and is ideal for families with elderly parents, or others i.e.house keeper

Aerides is build in three levels and all of them from one side are on the groundhave and open sea view. The main entrance is on the 2d floor where the living room ,dining room,, kitchen and a big balcony width shadow and superb open sea view all around.,. There are wooden stairs lead you in the loft inside the wooden roof with a double build in wooden bed.

a floor bellow is the master room with wood style furniture and a big double bed. Left is another bedroom that has two single beds (and can have one more extra bed if needed.) And on the right one more with a double bed .All of them have their own toilet, TV , a/c and balcony or terrace. All of them from the one side are on the ground floor.

bellow there is one apartment with two rooms with toilet each and a corner kitchen. They are on the same level is the garden and the wimming pool and in front there is a cover area and table with armchairs and a mini Ping-Pong for children..

The swimming pool is 8 to 6 m and depth 1 to 2 meter and has wooden beds and arm chairs with grass all around ,trees and plants that gives you the privacy to enjoy the fresh cool water as long your parents are reading or watching the view and the children

are observing the gold fishes and the water lilies. Villa Aerides in Skiathos Island is available for rent for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

You can start with a boat trip to visit Lalaria (only by boat) visit Kastro (the old city) and the tour of the island’’

If you have your own boat ,visit the sea caves to take underwater pictures or take the daily excursion to Skopelos and Alonissos tovisit the sea park.(don’t miss to visit the old city of Alonissos (take a taxi)) .But first you must visit the 60 and more sandy beaches of Skiathos.. (as more fare as better they are!! (Elias Madraki, Banana beach)Also by boat go at the mainland in of Pelio in the small village Katigiorgi amous for the fresh and cheap fishes and eat Astakomakaronada.(local speciallity) The way back stop the boat and start fishing Calamares.Another nice excursion by boat is to visit Tsougkria island where you can visit the church of Agios Floros and the old Oil factory.

If God offer you a rainy day don’t waste it. Take your raincoat and go walking following the map or the signs on the trees and explore the old churches and why not read the Greek famous writer (Who lived and die 100 years ago) Alexandros Pap, f adiamandis (you will find some of his books in your library in the living room) and then you will see all places around changing, face! If you don’t want to move just turn on your DVD and enjoy our homemade videos from Skiathos and Footpath that I have upload in YOUTUBE.COM.

Also in the bibliotheque in the living room you will find a large DVD movies collection plus music CD s and DVDs , books and table games.. We also have and like to play CHESS .
