Further to our inspection we offer to carry out the following works for the sums indicated below and as per conditions overleaf.

1. Remove vegetation.2. Apply lime mortar pointing up to 10 metres.3. Supply and fit 1No cope stone (1m x 150 x 460) and point same.

For the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS (£650.00) PLUS VAT.

BOUNDARY WALL AT GARAGES

1. Supply and fit 2No coping stones and point same.2. Remove vegetation from path side of wall.3. Apply lime mortar pointing up to 10 metres.4. Clean up and remove debris.

For the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED POUNDS (£800.00) PLUS VAT.

All our work complies with Health & Safety regulations and whilst every care will be taken, no responsibility will be accepted for garden plants, TV or radio aerials, satellite dishes, telephone wires or street lighting.

Our price will remain open for a period of 60 days for your acceptance and thereafter until material or labour charges fluctuate.

Final payment will be due on completion of works. Interim payment may be requested.
