Digital Media Space Tutorial1. Get the photos from the folder ‘Digital Media Tutorial Photos’

2. Open up the image ‘Blue Light’ and select ¾ of the picture using the Rectangular Marquee Tool.

3. Paste the Blue Light resized image into you main page and open up the Earth image.

4. Using the Quick Selection Tool, highlight the earth till the desired selection is done, then Refine the Edge.

5. Paste the Earth image on top of the Blue Light image and resize them so the light looks like it is coming out of the Earth.

6. Open the Trees image and select the trees. Refine the Edge and past onto the main picture at the bottom of the screen.

7. Resize the images again to fill the screen. Select the brush tool and set as size 1000, choose white as the colour and press on the white part of the images to adjust the colours.

8. Adjust the Hue/Saturation of the images on all of the layers till the desired colours are chosen.

9. Select the Text tool and type “Hope is a waking dream” in size 72 and Text type Papyrus. Choose the colour c300cf.

10. Open the Blue Flames image and highlight the flames.

11. Paste the selected flames into the picture twice at the bottom of the picture and resize them to evenly stretch across the picture. (Make sure the Blue Flame layers are under the Trees layer.

12. Open the stars image and copy and paste it into the picture so it covers the Blue Light image. Turn the Opacity down to 50% and the Blending Mode to Screen.
