Non-catering Pitch Form Dulwich Park Fair

Sunday 21st May 2017 12-5pmDulwich Park Fair is now in its 10th year and ends the Dulwich Festival. It is a free outdoor event that normally attracts over 7,000 people. The Fair includes a Steam Fair, Vauxhall City Farm, Punch and Judy, the Magician and a surprise performance. The stage by the café will feature local musicians, brass bands, choirs and dance acts of all ages. There is, as always, a huge variety of food, craft and charity stalls.

This application form invites traders to apply for a non-catering pitch. Each pitch is 3 metres wide by 5 metres deep and you must bring your own tent / canopy. No tables or chairs are provided. We can’t supply electricity.

Pitches are subject to availability and are chosen for interest, quality and variety of goods sold. You will be notified by email.

On the day of the event you will be directed to your pitch. No changes can be made to your position.  Car park passes will be issued to bring your goods and equipment into the park from through College Gate entrance off College Road.  Non-catering pitch holders may arrive from 8am. Please note that all vehicles must be parked in the car park by 11.30am and car park passes must be displayed. Please do not pack up early as vehicles will not be allowed to leave the park before 6pm.

Closing date for applications: 31st March 2017
