LEADERSHIP AWARD APPLICATION GUIDELINES PURPOSE Swinburne Student Life Awards recognise students across Swinburne University, as well as our top contributing students from the Leadership and Volunteering Program. If you play a significant leadership role within or beyond Swinburne University, you can nominate yourself or a friend this award. Up to 5 awards will be presented this year, across all three campuses. ELIGIBILITY AND WHO CAN APPLY To be eligible to apply for a Leadership Award, students must: Be currently enrolled at Swinburne Submit a formal application and address the Selection Criteria (pg. 2) for each of the categories Review the Assessment Criteria (pg. 2 & 3) when answering the Selection Criteria Please Note: You don’t have to be registered with the Swinburne Student Life Leadership and Volunteering Program to be eligible for an award. To apply for an Award, download the relevant Award Application pack. Prepare your response according to questions and assessment criteria, and then email your application to [email protected] by Wednesday, 20 September 2017.

To apply for any of Clubs Awards categories, you will need to address the Selection Criteria for that award category. You must address each of the following criteria in a maximum of 300 words each.
