Look up a student record.
Step Action 1 Access the General Student from (SGASTDN). 2 Enter the ID of the student you want to view. 3 Enter term you are viewing. 4 Check the View Current /Active Curricula check box. 5 Perform a next block function 6 Learner tab will highlight. Latest term for the student will populate. In this
instance, the student is Active in Marketing. Use the scroll bar to view other curricula attached to this student.
7 This displays the previously active curricula with a range of 199730 to 200930.

Using scroll bar, you find a priority two secondary program of Business Management.

If you click the curricula tab you find 1 of 5 records. Current Active priority 1 of Marketing 10-104-3.
2 of 5 is the current active priority 2 of Business Management 10-102-3.

Last is the previous and now inactive priority 1 business management program. When it was inactivated it was changed to priority 2 in order to add the new priority 1 program of marketing.

Step Action 1 Access the General Student Summary from (SGASTDQ). 2 Enter the ID of the student you want to view. 3 Enter term you are viewing. 4 Perform a next block function 5 Student summary data is displayed.

SHACRSE Term Course Summary
Step Action 1 Access the Term Course Summary from (SHACRSE). 2 Enter the ID of the student you want to view. 3 Enter term you want to view. If you want to view the entire history, leave null. 4 Perform a next block function 5 Student course summary data is displayed. Latest activity is at the top.

SHAINST Term Course Maintenance Form
Step Action 1 Access the Term Course Maintenance Form (SHAINST).
2 Enter the ID of the student you want to view. 3 Enter term if you know the term you would like to view Note: if you don’t know last term of enrollment utilize the Term Summary
(SHQTERM) feature to find a term with enrollment history for the student.

9 SHATCKN shows the grade attached to each course in a term or any grade changes made on a course. This Repeat (RP) grade was brought over in Conversion (CV).

10 Perform a next block function to show Instructor, Course attributes and/or Person Course attributes associated with the course completed.

SHADEGR Follow these steps to complete the process. Step Action 1 Access the Degrees and Other Formal Awards Form (SHADEGR). 2 Enter the student’s ID in the ID field. 3 Select the degree sequence number in the Degree Sequence field using the drop
down arrow. 4 Select the View Current/Active Curricula checkbox if you want only current and
active curriculum records to be displayed in the Curriculum and Field of Study blocks.
5 Perform a Next Block function. 6 Outcome Stats describes the status of the current degree/curricula

Note: You can select these windows from the Options menu or directly by using the tabs: Curricula, Dual Degree, Honors, Institutional Courses, Transfer Courses, Non-Course Work, Course Attributes 7 Use mouse to tab onto Honors tab where Departmental (not used at MPTC), Institutional Honors and Comments are stored. Honors is denoted on this record and checked to print on the transcript and commencement report.

SFARHST This form allows you to view current registrations without having to go to SFAREGS, as well, can use this form to view if a HOLD on a student account. Please note you can identify if grades have been rolled from here, it is a snapshot of grades when rolled. If any changes occur to the grades after the initial roll to academic history; this form will not reflect this change.
