6. ACTIVITY ANALYSIS
Problem Encountered
- One of us encountered that one of her client cancelled purchasing the product. When the client informed that they must pay first before the product deliver to them.
- One of the members encountered a complaint from his client because of delayed delivery of the purchase product because of an emergency happen to our sales agent due to delayed delivery. Then, because of that it turn to a point that the clients go to school to report the delayed delivery but, the good is he resolves it early before it happens.
Learnings:
- Keep on smiling.- Keep on being respectful.- To be patient.- To believe in ourselves or to be confident.- Being punctual is one of the good and important attitudes that we can have.- To be socialized and communicate well with others.

The members decide that Thalia Cordova will be the one who will gather information about the soap on the site of Royal Business Club, and Rose Lyn Jane Babar will make a request to permit the group to conduct a search for costumers at Saint Gregory College of HRM and Cavite National High School, members were tasked to photo copy receipt and Shyril Vista is the one in charge of collecting the money. We scheduled that on June 26, 2014 at Saint Gregory College of HRM and Cavite National High School that we will go to look for possible buyers. And also in certain areas in Cavite City including small business establishments like parlors or salons. Our target market will be young adults and younger middle age.

Schedule of payment for the product Problems encountered in customers
The group discuss when is the right date in collecting the payments in our customers because we want to give it to the treasurer as a whole group. There are some changes in the date of payment and we decided that we need to go to our clients and tell them personally those changes. And some of our members changed their customers because they encountered some problems like clients wanted that if they will pay the product will be given to them at the same time.
