The wedding took place at the Higgins Armory in Worcester, MA, which is a museum with the largest collection or armor in the world, outside of England. The ceremony was performed by Reverend Jay Lawlor. The Maid-of-Honor was Dr. Prachi Shah, friend of the bride, and the Best Man was Chris Cioffi, cousin of the groom. Kristin Kurtz, sister of the groom and Angela DiCastri were bridesmaids. Tod Rasmusen and Wilson Tai, brother of the bride were groomsmen. Butch Bradley served as usher. The flower girls were Bella DeCastri and Alyssa Cioffi. CJ Cioffi served as the ring bearer. In keeping with the Renaissance venue, the wedding party, including the parents of the couple, wore period costumes, and the guests wore an array of beautiful Renaissance attire. The bride wore a stunning, traditional gown handcrafted by her mother. The reception was held in the Great Hall, and ladies were greeted at the entrance by a “knight in shining armor,” handing out long stem roses. Patricia graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed her Pediatric Residency at Brown University & R.I. Hospital. She is in a private pediatric practice in S. Weymouth, MA. Michael is a graduate of Temple University and did graduate studies at Emerson College in Boston. He manages his real estate holdings. Michael and Patricia honeymooned in England and Scotland. They currently live in Boston, MA DR.
