The Combi 250/1000 Lite and the 250/1500 Lite are designed to cut today's tile and stone pieces which are larger and more expensive than in years past. Using precision cast aluminum and modern hi-tech manufacturing methods we have created a saw which is accurate, light, and extremely reliable. The Combi 250/1000 Lite and the 250/1500 Lite are for those jobs which are smaller in nature, yet require cuts up to 60" in length. For larger scale commercial jobs it is necessary to upgrade to our Combi 350/1200.

VERSATILITYTo make a miter cut just tilt the cutting head over to 45°.The cuts are absolutely perfect, make seamless back splash in just minutes.

ACCURACYThe travel bar is made of extruded aluminum which has been specifically contoured for our nylon roller bearing system. This new roller system requires less maintenance, and when after lots of cutting should replacement be needed it is much easier and faster than ever before.

POWERThe motor is now a high torque 4 h.p 220v single phase stone and paver eating beast. All this power goes from the motor to the blade via a high tech serpentine belt, no adjustment or maintenance required, it is a tough and reliable design.

We would like to build a 350/1200 version that runs on 110v, however, our testing has shown that a 110v motor does not hold up when asked to make cuts that are 4 feet in length. It is the equivalent to putting a family car motor into a school bus, it will run for a while, then it’s gonna blow! For those jobsites without 220v current available we recommend around a 7.5 kw generator. It’s a fact, we can go to the moon, but we cannot deliver good power and water to the average jobsite.

PORTABILITYThe Silent 300 Prestige features torsion bar suspension which has both compression and rebound dampening… this allows the unit to glide down the road. It’s so smooth you just might forget it’s back there.

The tow package of the Silent 300 Prestige is as complete and well designed as the rest of the machine. The tow bar pivots in order to line up properly with the hitch point,whether its being towed by an SUV or a dump truck. The steel and other tow bar components are top notch, tow the Silent 300 Prestige to the jobsite with complete confidence.

When towing, the stabilization stand cranks up out of the way. When you arrive at the jobsite, lower the jack stand and you have a safe and stable work platform.

Silent 300 Prestige


JOBSITE APPLICATIONThis Silent 300 was used to pump Sikacrete 211 SCC+ into forms under the rFK (Triboro) Bridge in New York City. Special 50mm hose was used to allow for the 3/8” aggregate to flow up to and into the forms without clogging. The material needs to mix for 3 minutes before it can be dispensed into the hopper.

The spiral shaft within the hopper ensures that the material is thoroughly blended before it is sent through the IM25L stator which can handle up to 3/8” aggregate.

VERSATILITYChoose from three different rotor/stator combinations; the 2L6 comes standard and is good for a wide variety of materials, use the IM25L when the aggregate content is high, and use the 60.12 when the job calls for high volumes of material.

CONVENIENCEThe Prestige comes complete with a wired remote so that control from the end of the hose back to the pump is quick n’ easy.

The hydraulic twin cylinder pump provides both low and high volume production capabilities - pump from 2.5 to 20 cubic yards per hour. The control panel is vibration isolated and shock proof while the electronic components that manage the operation of the Booster are located within the engine compartment in a hardened computer case...harsh operating conditions are no problem!

The time between S-Valve adjustments is greatly reduced by IMer’s pressurized sealing system. With each stroke of the piston pump a series of seals expand to ensure full pumping pSI (1000) is always available. Twin 4” pistons provide smooth power to the S-Valve. The S-Valve is powered by an oversized hydraulic pump which makes switching positions extremely fast at any speed.

The hydraulic oil has two cooling systems, one for the piston drive cylinders and one for the remaining hydraulic functions. This allows the Booster to run for extended periods of time without overheating. The Booster is equipped with 3 seperate hydraulic pumps to ensure cool running and instant power on demand. You won’t find another pump like this anywhere.

The Booster 15 tows like a dream as it comes equipped with torsion bar suspension, which has both compression and rebound dampening. Hooking up to a truck or van is real easy, as the tow bar can be adjusted up and down depending upon the ball hitch’s height.

Most contractors love a challenge, plain and simple. Why else would someone embark on such a demanding career. And, at least once a day we get a call from a contractor who is looking for a better way to complete a project.

Such was the situation when Connecticut Masons was looking for a more efficient and effective way to grout fill block walls. Their old method involved too much man power, equipment, and time to fill a wall. They wanted to stop using 5 gallon buckets or a grout hog. After some research, they contacted their local rental shop and asked about a grout pump. Grant from Superior, and Robert, the knowledgeable local representative for IMER, reviewed with them their various pump options. Connecticut Masons decided to test the Koine 35, which mixes and pumps the grout automatically. Just keep tossing those bags of pre-blended mix into the feeding hopper, and the Koine 35 takes care of the rest.

After a little training, the guys at Connecticut Masons dialed it in and made it happen. They now use both a Koine 35 and a Koine 4 for all their block fill operations, and it takes only two men to continually fill block, a significant reduction in their labor costs. The work environment is much improved too, less mess, less noise, and less physical effort. The set-up and clean-up are so much easier too. Way to go Connecticut Masons, you scored a win win for everyone!
