Vidyabharti Trust College of MCA,Umrakh has Organized its 1st technical event Anant

Aarambh-2019.The TechFest aimed to bring together students from Various BCA colleges

from south Gujarat with their innovation and different ideas they have implemented in their

final year of academics.

INAUGURAL SESSION

Inauguration ceremony begins with prayer. After Prayer, There is some visual glimpse of

vidyabharti trust college of MCA shown. Welcome speech and introduction of chief guest,

Guest of Honour, Speaker was done by Prof. Payal Mahida & Prof. Drashti Shah. Chief

Guest Dr. Apurva Desai, in his speech, inspired students to choose course which is of their

interest. Speaker Vishal Mali talked about emphesedom quality education. Further, he

iterates to make balance between academics and extracurricular. Finally, Vote of Thanks was

delivered to each and every person who contributed by Prof. Dhaval Jadhav, Head

(VBTMCA) and at last, inaugural ceremony was concluded with National Anthem.

Anant Aarambh techfest is organized this year with the objective to provide platform for

the students to showcase their talent with a competitive spirit. The event was successful

enough to attract as many as 170 registrations across the south Gujarat region for a state level

techfest which includes all the events.

Students are actively participated in all the events and presented their work. The fest

executed with a total of 3 events planned and organized at its best of quality. Focusing on the

types of events to include in the Anant Aarambah was decided keeping the interest and

need of the BCA student into consideration, with little emphasis on the fun full events behind

the scene. The events like project presentation, poster presentation and many more events

were equally planned and have managed to gather maximum response.

To have a proper judgment for projects from different technically prospective, we invited

three judges each having around 20 groups. Following Judges were invited:

• Prof. Pankaj Mishra(V.T.Poddar BCA college Surat)

• Prof. Viral Panchal(SNPIT & RC)

• Prof. Bhavesh Patel(SNPIT & RC)

As far as project competition event is into consideration the registrations were done in

advanced and to give opportunity to present their final year project with best innovative idea

during event.

A total nearing to 55 Innovative ideas were acknowledged in various projects from nearly 10

esteemed colleges like V.T.Poddar BCA college Surat, Dollyben Desai Institute Of Com.

And applied Science ,Deviba Institute Of Computer Application Sabargam ,Smt. R.P.

Chauhan Arts & Smt. J.K. Shah & Shri K.D. Shah Commerce College Vyara,Smt. Tanuben

and Dr. Manubhai trivedi college of Information Science(B.C.A) surat,Vidyabharti Trust

College of BBA & BCA.

In Poster presentation Participants make a different poster on Mobile Phone and Education.

And from this event students know about how important mobile applications in different

learning phase. We know about the creativity and drawing skill and different concepts of

different college students. The winners are selected on the basis of their presentation skill

their innovative ideas in the poster and their concept related to title .Prof. Pankaj Misra

judged this event.

Apart from these many fun events like lan gaming, etc. were also organized.

The winners were encouraged with a 50,000 cash prizes for all the events.
