Victor y to Victor y Church
The following article is from the message entitled,
“LORD, Open my Eyes (That I May See.)” Part III
This message was delivered by: Pastor John Hagger III on Sunday,
March 14, 2010
(Written by Minister Naomi Dodd)
Jeremiah 1:11-12 (AMP) 11Moreover, the word of the Lord
came to me, saying, Jeremiah,
what do you see? And I said, I see a branch or shoot of an almond
tree [the emblem of alertness and activity, blossoming in late win-
ter].
12Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and
active, watching over my word to
perform it.
“And I said I see a branch or an olive tree…” that is the emblem of
alertness and activity. No one
expects anything to blossom in late winter. The world will say that it‟s
just out of season. They can‟t see
anything. We see through our spiritual eyes. They can only go
on their senses. What they can touch, smell or feel. All we need
is faith. We don‟t have to see it,
but we see with our spiritual eyes through faith. We walk by faith
and not by sight. We don‟t get
caught up with what the economic indicators are saying. Why? Be-
cause we are not in that system.
Church, I declare to you today that
this is the fullness of time. What is the fullness of time? When every-
thing is in place, when everything
is in order. 13 years ago, I asked Teacher Evelyn to call the library
to find out when winter started and ended. They told her March 19th
was when winter stops and spring
began. God wants this church to blossom in late winter.
Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) For I know the thoughts that I
think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil,
to give you an expected end.
God wants to see you pros-
per. Whatever curse was put on you years ago, I declare it bro-
ken today. You‟ve got to tell the devil, you are receiving your
blossom in late winter. No
matter what anybody said, God‟s word overrides everything. God
Pays Big if you are willing to
walk with him. You keep seek-ing; you will get it, even though
you cannot see it.
God said he‟s going to lay you a
foundation that won‟t fail or depreci-ate. God is saying your best way to
defeat the enemy is to be successful.
He is going to prosper you, heal you. No weapon that is formed
against you shall prosper. Your best vindication against your enemy is to
be successful. The triumph over
every opposition is your heri-tage. God sent you here to join your-
selves unto me as your leader and your Pastor.
Church, God gave David a vision. David went to a cave all by him-
self. When you get a vision from
God, you need to make sure the vision is from God first.

Persevering to the End
Even though it is still
CRUNCH TIME, let‘s continue
to praise God anyhow! Do not
become relaxed, complacent
or begin to chill out. We have
not reached the finish line.
But because of our persistent
faith and prayers, and keep-
ing the word of God as the
final authority in our lives, the
God of the Breakthrough is
continuing to break forth on
our behalf and in no small
manner. The God we serve
continues to overwhelm us
with His goodness, faithful-
ness and generosity every
day. Praise God, He is always
faithful to the faithful.
Church, and to everyone
who reads this message, we
must ‘Persevere to the End’.
We cannot allow the devil to
come in with his doubt, dis-
tress, depression, drama or
subtle distractions that would
pull us away from the main
thing and the main thing is
always the perfect will of God
for our lives. You see, He-
brews 12:1-2 lets us know
that we are not persevering
alone.
We have a cloud of wit-
nesses. They are witnesses
to every battle we fight and
win; watching every fiery dart
that is thrown and with our
powerful confessions of faith,

come to a better understanding of what this
means. Matthew 25:15 (KJV) And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to
every man according to his several ability; and
straightway took his journey. In this scripture is a secret being revealed, God
wants our generation to know how to get into his
glory, his grace, and the money flow. All the burden of responsibility is not based on seniority;
it is based on their ability. What is the ability
based on? God knew what they could han-dle. It‟s not according to your position in church,
how long you have been saved, or your educa-
tion. It is how you handle what God has given you in HIS kingdom, not the world‟s king-
dom. You have to follow God‟s instruction. Let‟s look at the scriptures again. The one with five talents took off, and did what was asked of
him immediately. There was no hesitation or
procrastination. Then the leader left the coun-try. This means he had confidence in them all. When the leader came back to see about the state
of his finances, he was told by the one with five talents, that those talents were doubled, because
he had invested them. To this, the leader re-
sponded since you have been faithful with little, I will put you in charge of much. The reward was the same because they both
gained because of what they had received. This means they were yoked up together. Whatever
the leader was blessed with, he blessed his peo-
ple. That means every blessing extended to the church will be extended to you. This is just from
being trustworthy and moving when it‟s time to
move. We cannot be moved by emotions but by the Word of God, and by your Leader, who has
heard from the lord. You keep saying if I had it, I would give it. But
God says if you give it, you will have it. When
you pass the money test, money will come from everywhere. If you keep saying „no‟ to God, He
will find somebody else who is willing to be
obedient. If you don‟t have a revelation from God, you will bury money like the one with one
talent. The reason why the character with one
talent buried his money is he didn‟t have a revela-tion. If you don‟t have a vision or capture the
vision of the house, you will bury money. If you
are afraid to operate in God‟s financial system,
Then, God wants to make sure you are obedient
to the tasks of that Vision. Have you ever ask yourself, “Why didn‟t I follow my first mind?” That was God speaking
to you. He is telling you where to go, who to
talk with or not talk with, and what to do or not do. For best results of your vision, follow God‟s
instructions. God sent 400 men to David who no one else wanted. They gathered themselves unto an
anointed leader. David became their
leader. Under David‟s leadership, they found out they were servants of a mighty God. They
found out what they could do through
God. Church, these men that the world and religious people that the world did not want,
became mighty warriors. Not just mighty war-
riors, they became very wealthy men. They submitted themselves to a holy spirit-led man of
God. They went through the great battles together and they shared their great victories together. They
became great conquerors. They all acquired
wealth and helped to build Solomon‟s great temple. It does matter who you yoke up with,
with whom you are affiliated. Had there been
times when you tried to fit in and weren‟t ac-cepted? When people made fun of you or just
didn‟t include you in the group? God‟s hand
was on you way back then. Even what you couldn‟t see, your peers saw something on
you. The hand of God was on you. Your future
was already etched. God already had a plan for your life. And God‟s plan for your life is to live
the good life. We have people right here today that people thought were strange even in elementary
school. They wanted to pull your hair, throw spit balls at you. It was just something about
you that they just didn‟t like. I want to tell you
today that God sent you here. Teacher and I thank God for you daily. We thank you for
joining up with
this ministry to fulfill the vision
God has given
to your lead-ers. Let us look
at the „Parable
of Talents‟ to
you will bury money. Tithes, offerings,
seed, gifts of love, first fruits, if you don‟t
have a revelation of none of the above, you will bury money. If you think you don‟t
think you will have enough to live on AND
pay God his tithes, you will bury money. Listen to this Church, God says, “If you bury
money, I will take from you and give it to
someone who knows what to do with it”. That‟s as clear as I can put it. God is
your source. You have to trust
him. Church, I am fully persuaded that with the word of God, you will have every oppor-
tunity to excel and succeed everyone‟s ex-
pectations of you. Also, you will be able to exceed all of your own hopes, dreams, faith
and expectations. This is my promise to
you. From February 28th to March 28th, I want
you to get every CD and listen to it, get it in
your heart. Provisions follow Vision. Money will take
care of a vision. It will flow in. David did-
n‟t gather 400 men to raise an offer-ing. They were sent by God because of their
condition and they were plugged in with a
visionary, a righteous man of God. Church, if your Pastor was not a righteous man of
God and in Beaumont, Texas, you would
know it; in Beaumont, Texas, what you do last night, you will hear on your car radio the
next morning. So, you know that your Pas-
tor is a righteous man of God. Provisions follow Vision. The vision of this
house is to win souls and make disci-
ples. Now there are four (4) things I‟m
asking you to do. 1. Work the Vision 2. Continue to be a consistent tither. 3. As you see increase, let it be reflected in
your offerings. 3. Plant your best seed three (3) times a year. Live Righteous. Keep the Sin out your life. This is all your pastor and leader asks of you
at this time. If you do these four things, there is great reward. If you do that, you
will have more than enough money for your
household and more than you can put in your
storehouse (savings). Every need will be
met in this church and in your life, if you are
obedient.

hearing, and hearing by the word of
God.‖ We have to practice confess-
ing the word of God that we hear
each and everyday. Practice will
eventually make perfect. Persever-
ing each day will eventually become
a part of our lives and we will not
even give it a second thought.
All we have to do is to adhere
firmly to whatever God has prom-
ised and know that God will always
make good on His promises. ―God
is not a man, that he should lie;
neither the son of man, that he
would repent: hath he said, and
shall he not do it? Or hath he spo-
ken, and shall he not make it
good?‖ (Numbers 23:19) Our job is
to persevere to the end. It does not
matter how long the promise takes
to be fulfilled. You see, we have a
part; and God has a part. I promise
you, if we do part, God can definitely
take care of His part.
All I am saying is this: ―don‘t let
what you know slip away from you.
The writer of Hebrews says, give due
diligence to the things of God. ―We
ought to give the more earnest heed
to the things which we have heard,
causing each dart to boomerang;
and listening to every negative
decision made by the enemy
against us, and we are causing it to
fall to the ground. Church, we are
not alone.
Paul says, ―We are surrounded
by so great a cloud of witnesses
[who have borne testimony to the
Truth]…‖ Pastor talked about the
stripping away and the cleaning out
a little bit on Sunday, 4/25. Get
the cd or dvd. And now Paul ad-
monishes us to strip off and throw
aside every encumbrance
(unnecessary weight) and that sin
which so readily (deftly and clev-
erly) clings to and entangles us,
and let us run with patient endur-
ance and steady and active persis-
tence (perseverance) the appointed
course of the race that is set before
us.‖
How can we continue to perse-
vere? The answer is simple. We
must stay in faith and not get over
into the flesh. Our faith is an im-
portant part of our perseverance. It
must be our lifestyle. Romans
10:17 tells us, ―Faith cometh by
lest at any time we should let them
slip‖ (Hebrews 2:1) A simple expla-
nation: cling to the basic fundamen-
tals of faith and not abandon them
for what we may feel or perceive is
deeper revelation. Hold on to and
persevere in what you know.
And finally, don‘t let your ‗I can‘ts‘
outnumber your ‗I cans‖. Finish,
what you begin. In other words, per-
severe to the end. In the book that
the Victorious Overcoming Women
have been studying from I quote the
author who says, ―A person is not
finished when he is defeated, he is
finished when he quits.‖ Never give
up! Persevere to the end!
Until next time church, I admonish
you to walk more in the love of God
now than ever before; do whatever it
takes to walk in the spirit of oneness,
and hold on to every promise God
has ever made to you. The God we
serve is faithful. Whatever He has
promised you, He is well able to per-
form. And again, I say, ‗GOD PAYS
BIG‘. Continue to let Abba Father
find faithfulness and perseverance in
you.

Verse 7- And give Him no rest until He establishes Victory to Victory Church and makes her a praise in this Golden Triangle and in the earth.
Verse 8- the Lord has sworn by His right hand, and by His mighty arm: Surely I will not prosper you and give you money and financial wealth to be taken by our enemies and [the invading sons of] aliens shall not drink of my new wine for which I have toiled.
Verse 9- But we who have gathered it shall eat, partake of, and enjoy it, and praise the lord; and we who have brought in the vintage shall drink it [at the feasts celebrated] in the courts of this (God‘s) sanctuary- (we) the temple of God‘s holiness.

Verse 11-Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth, say to Victory to Victory Church, Be-hold, your salvation comes [in the person of the Lord]; Behold, His reward is within Him, and His work and recompense [to make payment for work done] accompanies Him.
Verse 12- And they shall call Victory to Victory Church, the Holy people, the Redeemed of the Lord. And we shall be called, Sought out and sought after, the city, the people, and the church no longer deserted
