Congratulations! Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your lives, and we would be honoured to

help you plan and celebrate your union. Our professional event staff will be with you every step of the

way to ensure that your wedding celebration will be flawlessly executed with attention to every detail.

We want your day to be special and memorable, so our goal is to create memories that you, your friends

and family will cherish for a lifetime.

Victoria Golf Club’s Tudor-style Clubhouse boasts comfort and elegance, from the Dining Room to

the Fireside Lounge, in our 1920’s building on the tip of Vancouver Island. Our many windows frame

the 123-year old golf course for the most ideal and picturesque surroundings for the perfect wedding.

Our venue comfortably accommodates seating for dinner and dancing on our hardwood dance floor

beside the large, brick fireplace.

Wedding Policies �� Guarantee of numbers in attendance is required 72 hours in advance & prices will be

guaranteed 60 days prior to the function date

�� Final menu selections & tentative guest count must be received 90 days prior to the event

�� A $1250 non-refundable site fee is due at the time of booking—final payments may be made by cheque, cash or by major credit card

�� Our Wedding Packages include the rental of the Fireside Lounge & Dining Room areas Additional rental fees:

Todd Room rental $250

SOCAN fee $50

Golf cart rental $25/cart

�� Special menu requests, such as vegetarian entrées or other dietary restrictions, will be honoured and priced accordingly

�� A children's meal will be provided upon request for children between the ages of 3 through 12 for $12 plus tax & gratuity - children under 3 are complimentary

�� Victoria Golf Club reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to people judged to be under the age of 19, unless proof of legal age is provided, and to people who appear intoxicated

�� All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the Victoria Golf Club and none may be brought on to the property by any member or guest at any time
